We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

LuxembourgThe villa locates in a silent place yet not so far from the main street. The place is clean and equipped with everything you could ask for. Walking to the famous attractions is not so far since I was just enjoying the view along the way. I recommend this place and would definitely go back there next time.

VietnamBlanket could be thicker for the cold season. If you spend most of the time in a villa, remember it's not a 5-star hotel. But if you spend most of your time outside, who would care about a fancy room then. At the end of the day, you know a cozy home is waiting for you.
It's one of the best stay in Europe and we have been travelling three times for almost 20 state members. Before our stay, we received a details instruction about our stay and suggestions for exploring the area. We arrived after midnight and the host offered a taxi, whose cost was similar to airport taxi, and Mr.Vasili came picking us immediately, helped carried big luggage and introduced us to the villa. It was not a 5-star resort but had lovely charm of a cozy home with kitchen, sofas, generous breakfast (mostly sweet), patio, and cozy bedrooms. The location is strategic with only 10 minute leisure walk along the beach to the center of Oia, the crown gem of Santorini, keeping you away from the hustle, noisy, touristic center yet enjoying a stay in a traditional cave villa in a quiet area. During our stay, there was one light bulb in the washroom broken and the host sent someone immediately after I informed him via whatsapp. When we left for our flight around 6.30AM in the morning, I asked for help with the luggage and there was one man showing up at 6.15 with a warm smile in a cold morning, waited patiently while we were getting ready. Oh, and you cannot beat the price with these experience as I had sorted the price low-to-high during my finding.

AustriaThe apartment has an excellent position. Oia is in walking distance. The scenic hiking trail between Firá and Oia passes by very closely. Supermarkets, restaurants, and a bus stop are reached on foot within minutes. At the same time, the apartment is very calm and offers privacy. It is well equipped and prettily furnished, and the view from the balcony is gorgeous: You overlook picturesque greek houses and vineyards stretching down to the sea. You can even see neighbouring cycladic islands. The hosts are very attentive, helpful, and generous. They fetch you at a meeting point, lead you to the accomodation, and help with the luggage. They also offer to organize the entire airport transfer. A receptionist can be contacted whenever there should show up a problem. Delicious coffee, water, sangria, and a cake are free, and I also received a pretty greek present. It was a significant advantage that on the day of departure I was allowed to stay until the evening without extra charge as my flight was going late. To sum it up, my stay was fabulous!

The location was pretty good just 15’ walk to OÍA centre. Our host Vangelis was to the main road to pick us up and take us to the apartment, gave us a map with a huge explanation about the area and what to do and how to use our time in OÍA, a lot of food to prepare our breakfast every day. some sangria as well. the beds were confortable the place was better than showed in the pictures.

United StatesInside was small, but a very minor aspect, as we were always out exploring. Plus given the price and location, it’s hard to complain about that.
The location was a 12-15 walk from the main attraction of Oia which was perfect. The value was very good for being so close to Oia and also around markets and restaurants within minutes of walking. Our host was available via call or text for any needs including recommendations, booking taxis, booking a sunset cruise, and booking quad/car etc. There was a outdoor area to sit with a small personal pool.

United StatesUnfortunately, the place is not for the mobility challenged. If you are renting a car, you'd be parking a good 5 minute walk which isn't all on a flat pathway. Going to the house is downhill with some steps, but coming back up was pretty difficult especially with luggage. Also, just getting to the property was hard. I tried to follow Google Maps and ended up on a dirt road to a dead end, but Margarita was able to find us and lead us to the property.
Margarita was absolutely awesome. She helped us to the house, and offered us advice on what to see and how to get around. We had fresh fruit and drinks waiting for us upon arrival. The property was very close to Oia without being in the middle of everything.

I honestly, could say that this is the best service I have recieved throughout my travelling life. The location itself is close to the city centre and local bus stop, which can bring you to another city. I really can recommend this appartment to everyone.
