Room a little tired, some lights not working and fridge very noisy. Bed on a mezzanine level up steep stairs. View partially overlooked abandoned quarry. Many stairs as property on the hillside but we expected that.

Quiet location within walking distance of the bus station and old port. Lovely pool and pool bar. Nice view of the caldera. Good breakfast, polite staff.

Breakfast was ordinary. The first room was uninviting with plastic chairs and a very average buffet swarmed by flies all over the food. Some if of the food danishes etc, had no fly netting over it and was covered in flies crawling over it. My husband and I didn’t eat there in the end, ad we felt sick looking at the uncovered food.

We reserved a room with a Caldera view and it didn’t disappoint. The pool and pool deck area overlooked the caldera. Finally a shout out to the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating.

View is amazing and outside of tourist areas in Fira while still close enough to walk everywhere. Have wonderful porter who carry’s your bags up and down stairs. Great breakfast , pool and poolside bar. Staff is great!

We had a junior suite with hot tub and it was beautiful and we used the hot tub every day. The pool is great and the sunset view out over the water and volcano are brilliant! There are a lot of stairs but we are young and fit so weren’t too worried about them. Location is great out of the hustle and bustle but still a very easy walk to the caldera. Would definitely stay again!

I can't think of anything negative. An exceptional location.

Loved everything about the room, large, quiet, the view and the villa location. Lots of steps but we expected that. The pool was very nice as was the hot tub in the room. This is a unique villa and location.

The stairs and steps! There were heaps but so worth it! They also had a bad fly issue! They wouldn’t leave us alone at the pool, it was quite frustrating! It happened every day I was there!

Everything! Rooms were so large as was the bathroom! Caldera View, and 2 minutes from Fira. Pool was large and great! Ilias, Stelio and reception staff were all fabulous! all of them so helpful! Absolutely loved it!

I personally found the stairs really hard. My room had an amazing view but was right down the bottom and I guess it’s just santorini, but the amount of stairs were next level

Beautiful view, I loved the pool and location. Was upgraded to a room with a hot tub which was such an incredible view of the volcano. Staff were great! The man who carried your luggage on his shoulder up and down all the stairs is incredible!

Tzekos Villas offers one of the most beautiful view on Santorini. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned. The pool is incredible, you won't never miss it.
