Everything was perfect there. Location , staff, breakfast, clean rooms and grounds. They even greeted us with a wellcome gift basket. Breakfast was so delicious. With lots of choices of cheeses, vegetables, fruits and of course freshly made bougatsa. Beach is right outside the hotel. The restaurants are 2 min away . What a pleasant stay . Thank you for everything! It’s really the best place to stay if you traveling to Neos Marmaras.

It is a really nice place, 5 minutes max walking distance from the beach (where there are 2 excellent taverns + several beach bars). The beach is mixed sand and pebbles, but ok overall. There are markets (with pretty much everything you would need + local products) 1-2 minutes walk + various other shops (olive oil producer, honey, bakery) + another very good tavern on the main road. To Neos Marmaras there is a 20 minutes walk (which you would need after all the eating) to the port, the souvenir shops, any sightseeing places you would like to go to. The pool at the hotel is nice and very clean. There are tables and chairs in the garden if you want to drink a coffee outside.

The place had great facilities, was super close to the beach and town center, offered secure parking, served a delicious and diverse breakfast, had spacious rooms that were clean and well-maintained, and the owner was incredibly friendly, talkative, and helpful. WiFi signal could be better.

The hotel is clean and tidy. It has a swimming pool and a nice garden. The breakfast is of high quality with a large selection of food. The service is very pleasant and helpful, always available to help you if you have any questions, not only about accommodation but also about places to visit. There are parking spaces for 7-8 cars in the hotel itself, but if it is full, there is another much larger hotel parking lot 100m away. The nearest beach can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, it is very close. There are also several restaurants with excellent food and sunset views. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the center of Neos Marmaras, or a few minutes by car. The place is very hilly so I wouldn't recommend going on foot, you will get tired. In the evening, I recommend going to the city center because that's where all the events are and it's very lively with lots of people, restaurants and shops. There is also a port where you can pay for boat cruises and a tour of Pefkochori, which is on Kassandra. Overall, the hotel provides a great experience at a good price and we are very satisfied with our vacation.

Everything with this place was amazing. It is family business and everyone are extra kind and very polite. I recommend it to couples. City center is 1km far from hotel, walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. Cream-pie was to die for, mmmmm.

Lovely location - close to beach, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. It was just a short walk into town which was equally beautiful with more restaurants. The hotel itself was quiet, clean and with a really nice pool area, where sunbeds were always available. The hotel owners/hosts were super helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this accommodation

The rooms are sparkling clean. The mattress is very comfortable. The hotel has a parking and it is in a quiet area that has very nice tavernas. I had a room that was overlooking the sea very nice to arrive with a pink sunset. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Some olive oil would be nice to be added to the breakfast. But nevertheless, the breakfast was varied and I could not complain.

The hotel has one of the nicest and most hospitable hosts I have ever met. The facilities are as advertised, while the garden and pool area are even better in real life than in pictures.

Hotel owners were very helpful and kind. They help us to make a reservation to the restaurant where we had our dinner. Room was big and clear, there was a refrigerator bigger than normal hotel refrigerators. We parked our car in the hotel parking lot without a problem. We had a welcome basket with snacks and drinks, thank you again for this :) Hotel is very close to the Paradisos beach where you can experience a wonderful sunset.

We liked location! Stuff was very polite, professional and friendly. 🇬🇷 It was very nice, peace and quiet. Few minutes walk from beach. Also, parking is private and it's property of hotel. Excellent hotel for a trip with your family or with friends. The rooms are always spotless clean. We got a welcome bucket when we arrived. Petros was the kindest host we've ever met. He always made sure we got parking, provided us with info about nearby beaches, restaurants and various tips. Amazing breakfast with plenty of variations. Always served fresh and tasty. The location is also excellent and the hotel is easily accessible from the main road. There are 200m to the nearest beach and a few restaurants and beach bars.

Hello. I use to get my vacations in Grece for the last 7 years. This facility was by far the best I had. Staff is wonderful, large roms, fancy, clean, quiet, flowers, breakfast area, balcony, pool, not far away to the beach, one minut by foot. Always someone is available at reception and has affordable rules. I do recommend it, is lovely

Definitely exceeding expectations for the announced category. The building is tidy and well maintained. The territory is very neat and with the beautiful garden. Can be very much recommended for the travellers with cars thanks to parking options - one smaller parking just in the hotel yard and another bigger parking in 2 walking minutes just next to the main road. The friendliness and willingness to help from the hotel staff is simply unique! Special thank you to the team at the reception.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Always available if you need something or if you have any questions. The breakfast was homemade, and you're almost have the feeling of home.
