Our room had a very intense paint smell

The location was fantastic! The views from our room were incredible. The staff was kind and helpful in many ways, including helping with arranging excellent transportation from the port/ airport. The breakfast was wonderful and made our mornings great.

There was a frequent odour from the sewerage system or cooking odours from the nearby Onar restaurant. For the price, I would expect these odours would be eliminated or the nightly rate reduced to compensate for the inconvenience.

I liked the stay, however we found other villas that were more value for money and were 4 star hotels. I think the breakfast needs to include more dairy products like cheeses and yoghurt with Granola or cereal to cater for younger guests. The three wooden stools were a hazard for young kids as they kept toppling. It was stressful to ensure an accident didn't happen. Also the little area above the stairs needs to be closed off as kids might accidentally fall over the stairs.

Arrange to have someone meet you somewhere near the hotel as it is very hard to find. The address in Google maps puts you in a slightly different location. They need to try to put out a few more signs. Also. even though cars are super cheap to rent ($17/day) I recommend NOT renting as there is basically no parking anywhere.

We rented this place primarily for the view and were not disappointed. Lots of restaurants very close. Breakfast is served out on the balcony with the view below. Super friendly staff, they are the owners.

All was good!

Location was great. 10 min walk from the craziness of Fira, so it wasn’t too busy around, yet close enough to get to the action by foot. Breakfast was delivered everyday sharp, and super friendly staff. We got the 2 floor unit which had 2 bathrooms and a hot tub which was great! The only thing to consider (which doesn’t seem avoidable if you also want a view) is that you’ll have a bunch of randoms close to your unit regularly taking pictures cause the view is that good!

If mobility is a problem, then the steps could be a problem as the bed is on a mezzanine up steep steps from the lounge, and there are many steps leading from the taxi drop-off point to the property.

Lovely apartment with a million dollar view. Very clean and spacious. Lots of steps, but the view was worth it. Quiet, away from passing traffic, a minute's walk to great restaurants. Wonderful breakfast included and delivered to our patio each morning.

Everything about our stay was just exceptional. The location was ideal to watch daily sunsets. The view on the terance was breathtaking. The room came with complimentary wine, food and drinks. Smart tv in the room allowed us to enjoy movies together. The host was very helpful from allowing us to keep our luggage early and arranging our early morning transfer. Breakfast was super.

Nearly everything was to my liking, but the plumbing drained a bit slow in the shower—not a problem for me.

The managers of the property were extremely helpful and kind, providing local recommendations and coordinating transport, etc. The breakfast was good! The property has a beautiful and central location for the island.

The views of the caldera and the ocean but away enough to be quiet and peaceful in the mornings. The walls did a good job of sound proofing evening noise when we went to bed

I was visiting from Ireland and the staff couldn't be nicer or more flexible. If I could rate it 20 out of 10 I would. Definitely come back again. Apartment was fabulous breakfast delicious but it was the staff ghat made it. They were so flexible accomadating my daughter.

Booked Smaro Studios as a last-minute trip to Santorini and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The room was modern and well-designed, the views outside on the little balcony overlooking the sea were incredible, and the free breakfast in the morning was plentiful.

Mike is the owner and he was a fantastic host. Checked us in, helped with luggage. There is a person Saimir there and he was the best person I have ever met. So friendly. Always helpful. Took photographs of us. We were treated like family. I have a o come back here. Such genuine hospitality. And warmth. The location is perfect. Only a few steps. Parking in right opposite. Could not ask for more. A family business and I am grateful that me and my wife could experience it.

First, Santorini is stunning!!! Everything, our room was spacious & comfortable & our view while eating our incredibly prepared, delicious breakfast was amazing!!Also complimentary snacks, drinks, fruit & delicious home made port were provided in our room. The owners & staff couldn't do enough & no requirement or request was a problem. Close to attractions & walking distance to fabulous restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel & we would definitely stay again.
