The owner gave us much help. One of our partners lost his luggage on the ferry, and the owner called the ferry company many times to ask for us. Although the luggage is still not found, we appreciate the owner's help sincerely.

Our east facing window had virtually see through curtains which meant waking up much earlier than intended. Communication about breakfast being available or not was unclear

Very friendly and kind staff. Close to Fira town centre (short walk) Cafe at top of drive grocery store close by. Very nice pool and pool area. Clean rooms all with AC.

The shower in the bathroom with a shower curtain is a bit small but we manage. The whole area blackout twice. Once in the afternoon. And early morning when we were getting ready to check out.

Its in the centre of the island. All the public buses are centralised in this town Fira. Lots of restaurants, mini markets, shopping within walking distance. Our room is clean with a balcony facing swimming pool. Our host is wonderful, she took out a map of the island and explained all you need to know on transportation, what to see and where to eat.

Very warm welcome and helpful service. I liked the location as it was an easy walk to the local buses and into Fira. Plenty of restaurants handy. Water was provided on arrival. The pool was very good and lovely to relax in after a day seeing the sites. Electric jug was provided.

Very good location, close to the city center and Fira tourist attraction. supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants are quite close. A very friendly and helpful host, she gave a detailed description of touring around Santorini. Great for families too.

The staff were so helpful and lovely. They explained where the most popular spots on the island were to visit and were more than helpful when we asked questions about Santorini. Katerina, her partner and the cleaning staff showed great hospitality. They upgraded our room to one with a balcony and we enjoyed lounging with drinks by the pool. And when we checked out, we were able to leave our bags at the reception while we explored Fira (3min walk away).

The place was in the centre, super close to everything like the bus station and a shop just a few minutes away!It had a lovely pool with places to sunbathe. Katerina was beyond amazing, she was so lovely and accommodating :)

We had a lovely, spacious room with a balcony with a side view to the pool. The hotel is near the bus station and central Fira which means you're steps away from all Fira has to offer. Katerina and her family were very welcoming and sweet. This is a beautifully kept family hotel. Also a shout out to the housekeepers who were incredibly nice.

Hi.. I don't know how to explain 😍. The location is so close to fira bus station, Wich is more easily Can connect every destination in the island 🏝️. And ptolemeos is very clean and comfortable, I visited with my 3 kid's all of them under 9 Year's, and my husband & sister.and Katerina is so friendly, helpful.. respect from my bottom of ❤️. I highly recommend this hotel, which is so suitable for all kinds of people, specially for family with kid's. Love this 😘

Our stay at Ptolemeos Pension exceeded all of our expectations. Our hostess, Katerina, was so lovely and helpful. The location was perfectly situated within Fira/Thera for easy access to the main bus station and all of the downtown area. The rooms and pool were beautiful and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so in the future. :)

The location was ideal for me & my friend. Close enough to amenities, but away from traffic/night club music etc. Katerina & her husband really lovely hosts 👍😊 Bus station nearby, visited Perissa beach a couple of times & did a private island villages/sunset tour. Santorini is beautiful & worth spending a few days to explore & avoid the huge crowds arriving by cruise ships daily.

Very nice place very close to the bus station (very convenient to get around the island) and the main sights, very clean, friendly staff. Nice pool and sun deck! We got a room upgrade for free -- this was a wonderful surprise. Nice big balcony overlooking the pool.
