We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe only negative, when the hotel closed during off season the hotel should have better communication methods, I found it difficult to communicate with the Hotel.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and clean. The pool was very nice and their where plenty of sun lounges. The hotel was in an excellent position. The staff are exceptional ! A special note on the staff, they made the hotel experience AMAZING and where very helpful.

Nice location short walk from Port and centre of town, easy access to everything and a nice beach a stones throw away. Fantastic restaurant on corner and more great options on the beach for sunset. Wonderful staff .

GreeceAll the points I subtracted was because of the cleanliness of the bathroom when we arrived. There were hair on the wall, dead mosquitos and even something that looked like boogers. All washed away with a bit of water which makes it even worse, because it means they didn't even do that much. After a complaint, our room was cleaned properly and they gifted us a free drink each on the Pool Bar.
Everything was great. The room was cheap but spacious, with even an extra bed and everything we might have needed. Breakfast was mediocre but that's hotel breakfast for you.

The room was also very clean. The location is great, 10 min walk from the port and right next to the beach. I highly recommend it if you are traveling by yourself, it was very safe!.

Poland- the pool is open till 8pm - that was a bit disappointing as when it lights up at night you can't use it
- location 15mibs from the port - great access to restaurants, good starting point for visiting the island - loved the pool - very clean and clear daily with fresh towels - extra towels for the pool - breakfast was continental with lots of variety of choice which slightly changed (we stayed 6 nights) - te personable was very helpful, always smiling, we felt welcomed
