My review is so shared… genre is good and bad points. The location of the appartment was not really in the center of Parikia so if you want to go to the center you had to walk 30 minutes. BUT if you don’t like to walk or you prefer to take the car, the owners of the appartements offers you the ride from the appartment to the center from 9.00 a.m to midnight (we tried to call him one time at 22.30 without any answer…). Concerning the appartment itself, I am shared too. The fridge contained a bottle of orange juice, 2 bottle of water and there was even cookies and chips ! The view was absolutely incredible especially for the breakfast for sure but except that, the appartment doesn’t worth 300€ for two nights and 2 people. There was no bath mat so it was really uncomfortable to go out the shower and the appartment was not so good for the price. If you stay 2 nights like us it’s okay but more will be complicated I think

The property is a few KM from town, we walked in and it takes ca 30 mins, we also hired quads, we knew this when we booked so not a problem. The restaurant next to the apartment looks idyllic, reviews are mixed but we found the staff, especially the owner, to be unfriendly and almost resentful! We wouldn’t return there. The water taxi picks up from the restaurant jetty, we did this once, very quaint but expensive for the 3 of us at 6euros each, one way, to town - nice experience though.

As has been stated previously, right on your own small beach, beautiful views, rustic charm, very accommodating owners that collect you and take you back to the ferry terminal. Lovely beach restaurants a few minutes walk away, the Krios Lounge was amazing.

Could definitely do with an upgrade & the path to town is rocky & pitch black at night. Perhaps a few solar powered lamps to light the way?

I'll be honest: when I got there, I was disappointed. The rooms could certainly do with an upgrade and it's 2kms from town, but the longer I stayed, the more I fell in love with the charming little place! Whilst you are out of town, that is actually a benefit. You have your own private beach with crystal clear waters, near enough to town if you want a night out, but far enough away that there is no noise. Sunsets are exquisite. The view is to die for! If I went back to Paros, this would most definitely be my accommodation choice ❤️

View was amazing. Never met whoever runs the hotel. When we arrived we talked to the driver who told us a man would take us to our room. When he opened the door he noticed the room had not been cleaned since the previous people(it was 4pm). We then had to wait outside for the room to be cleaned before settling in. When we had questions about busses etc there was never anyone at the reception. View was great. Loved having a beach you can swim at below and restaurant attached.

The location just outside Parikia was perfect,nice and quiet. The rooms are simple but really clean and having a balcony directly on the sea was amazing,a few steps and you can swim on your own private beach. There is a shuttle a few times a day into town and back, highly recommend for a peaceful stay in Paros.

well the bathroom & kitchen could be updated but we didn't go to stay in a bathroom or kitchen so really didn't care about this. you can't really cool there as there is a hot plate of sorts but nil else

It is quite dilapidated, really needs updating. The location is directly on the beach but the restaurant is overlooking your swim. the beach chairs provided are broken. The restaurant is not connected to the accommodation and very expensive in personal but tasty. there is no way to walk to get any other food other then the campsite next door which runs this property.

The bathroom was my only problem with the apartment as the shower tray is Tiny for a Tall and big person like myself (6ft) and the doors didn’t seal properly either so the water leaked onto the floor a bit..The Sink was also very cramped and had a weird tap which splashed everywhere.. A little rundown compared to the living space and the gorgeous balcony but nothing major..

The VIEW from this apartment was fabulous, sitting right on the ocean you couldn’t ask for anything more! Private beach and shore that meant tranquility and less crowds than the public beaches nearby! The Staff were lovely, Transfers were available at various times of the day from the town to the property and vice versa as it was a 30 min walk to Paros via a (beautiful) cliff walk.. I arrived early and was able to check in within an hour or so as the rooms weren’t quite ready but I sat In the complex restaurant and enjoyed the view whilst I waited! Bed was comfy and the balcony was private and a nice size! I went snorkelling on the shore at the apartments and it was amazing to see so many fish because they are disturbed less in the more quiet areas! The price was also a great factor as it cost me €65 for a night in high season at the End of June..

Because you're at the beach it would come in handy to have a mop or a broom to make your room sandfree yourself.

These apartments were amazing. They are located in a secluded part, a long walk away from the port, but they have a wonderful driver who picks you up and when needed brings you back to the port or even airport. The room overlooks the water, you cannot be more on the water. The sunset is amazing from here and you have a private beach, but the beach has stones. There is a restaurant/bar and private beach next to it, this is apart from the apartments but have the same owner. You can really spend a whole day just being there or even more days. This one is noted for the future!

Beds were very firm. Quite a ways from town and difficult to get taxi service, unless you happened upon someone who could help. The boat ferry was the only way to go with this piece. But definitely a piece of paradise beyond these items.

Location was beyond amazing, right on the ocean. The beach space in front of place was our own, but not necessarily private. Still unbeatable in regards to beach/ocean access. Boat ferry/taxi will stop at the restaurant next door from town, which was great, but took us some time to figure that piece out.

Basic facilities but we didn’t mind as we were only for a night. The bathroom needs improvement, esp. the shower. There was no staff or reception to be found. The electricity went out in our room once (but they fixed it immediately when we called)

It is not an expensive accommodation for that amazing sea view, so you get what you give. The shower cabin and the bathroom sink were super tiny, not very convenient but still ok.

The view is just amazing. Falling asleep and waking up everyday with a sea view and with the sound of the waves was a dream! Personnel is very kind.

The photos don’t do this place justice. I was ready to give petalides 10/10 within 5 mins of arriving but the kindness and courtesy of the hosts exceeded my expectations. If I could give 13/10 I would. Thank you for our time. The hosts offered us transport wherever we needed to go and offered us a late checkout when our ferry didn’t arrive until later at night. We will be back.
