From the moment we arrived at SMY we were taken care of. I was amazed and so happy with the service we received. We had our wedding in Santorini and half of our guests stayed at SMY. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful, the main pool and restaurant is great. The included breakfast has lots of options. The view is spectacular. We stayed in the room with private pool, it was clean and gorgeous. Thank you so much SMY for showing us an amazing time, it definitely helped alleviate wedding stresses! :)

There is nothing I didn’t like about it.

The hotel is very close to Pyrgos at a vantage point; the Caldera, Fira, and southern tip of Santorini are visible from the pool and rooms, and the northern tip (Oia) is visible from some areas and the front entrance. It is truly a great location. Fira and the airport are only 10 minutes away and the staff are FANTASTIC! They truly deserve a shoutout for the great service. The room is well equipped and decorated. We had a private pool, which was a great addition for a reasonable price. The breakfast was simple yet extraordinary. This is one of the best, if not the best, experience I have ever had on a trip. Furthermore, there’s a car, scooter, and ATV rental spot and great restaurants within short walking distances.

The staff were extremely accommodating and looked after my mom so we'll.we had issues with our door and they would open it for us without fail. The staff were super friendly and warm. The location was great. In one direction, a 5 minute walk from a wine tasting spot over looking a volcano and the other direction was a quaint Greek village. The bus stop was close by to get you into Thira. Would love to come back!

Good location in between airport and port. We had a late check in which was no hassle. Staff friendly.

For the price the rooms were very poor and so old and in disrepair, they don’t resemble the hotel photos. If this is what you get for the money in Santorini then you need to pay €450-€500 euros a night for somewhere decent. I would definitely not stay here again.

shower was tiny, had no space to even turn around, toilet was tiny as well, forks and spoons were not clean that much, tv was like 14 inch useless, furnitures were too old, breakfast quality was not good, there was no ventilation in bathroom and toilet

Unfortunately pictures on their website are absolutely misleading. Rooms (at list the standard category) are old, and dirty. Bathrooms are the terrible - everything is covered in limescale. It’s a NO.

Rooms definitely need upgrading. Doors still lock using a key. No locks on the bathroom door. Basic rooms, which are overpriced.

Firstly, the breakfast was a big let down. Our first breakfast was a real shame, most of the foods were not stocked up, they were cold and just not really up to hotel standard, which seemed to be a regular occurrence. There was no toaster, which meant either bread or toast already made in a packet. Even simple things such as cutlery or sauces were hard to come by. I think this was all probably caused by the hotel being very short staffed. There did also seem to be a slight issue with cleanliness within the hotel and in the dining area.

The location of the property was good, a nice view of the whole island, with a few lovely restaurants around. Our room had been recently well done, so felt fresh and the decor was nice. The poolside had lovely features and a great view.
