Our journey to the Orama Hotel was unexpected, having had to leave our initially booked hotel after just a single night. With only one room available, we were a little anxious. But the staff at Orama went above and beyond, accommodating us promptly and even allowing us a preview of the room before confirming our stay. The subsequent six days were nothing short of exceptional. The room was immaculate (even better than in the pictures) and equipped with a fast internet connection. Orama Hotel boasts splendid amenities - from the gym and spa to the three pools and an impressive restaurant, everything was top-notch. But what truly set this hotel apart was its staff. They are, without doubt, the kindest and most helpful team we've encountered. Every interaction was filled with genuine warmth, cheerfulness, and professionalism, making each chat a delightful experience. Their treatment of guests is a testament to genuine Greek hospitality. The hotel's location is another feather in its cap. Situated just outside of Fira, it's a mere 10-minute stroll to the Fira city center. And for those seeking the iconic Santorini sunsets, the hotel lies adjacently to the breathtaking caldera view. In conclusion, Orama Hotel not only provided us with a wonderful stay but also restored our faith in the renowned Greek hospitality. Location - at the bottom of a hill so walking up when you need to go into town. Cleanliness - shower had no divide from main bathroom so, bathroom gets quite wet. Staff - some of the older staff on the hotel desk were a bit rude/brash. Food - a lot of flies in the eating areas, no attempts to even get rid of them.

Location - Walking distance to FIRA/ bus stop so that you can go to other towns. Cleanliness - hotel was very clean - daily cleaners mopped the rooms and you always came back to an extremely clean room. Staff - Marina (Hotel Desk) and Kostas (Restaurant Manager) were amazing and extremely accommodating. Everything they did was to make sure we had the best experience and they were just all round very friendly! Food - Breakfast had vegan options (had to request beforehand) which we loved. Lunch was a fairly standard bar menu. Dinner was an amazing dining experience and better than the local FIRA restaurants. Head chef is a real professional!

The breakfast buffet wasn’t 5* and we often didn’t receive towels or replenished shower gel to our room so had to keep asking reception. This didn’t affect our stay however.

Beautiful hotel, extremely comfortable bedroom and sun loungers. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

I think the bed mattresses could be a bit firmer. They were extremely soft vs regular mattress. They seemed good, but soft. But beyond that there is nothing to dislike of the place, their offer its pretty clear and you get what they post.

The hotel itself is just great, the pool area is really good for resting and enjoying they hot days, the sun beds are really nice and the restaurant food and drinks are delicious. Even the room furniture and bathroom were really nice. To add on top, their service its really good and friendly, the breakfast buffet has plenty of options and the gym its ok for a leisure place.

Great location, close to the bus station and center of Fira. The beds are super comfortable and the room amazingly equipped. The breakfast has great quality and a great variety. The staff is very helpful. The hotel overall has an incredible vibe. Totally recommend this hotel!

Nothing - all good!

I would say this is probably the best hotel in Fira…the rooms are basic, but with great views - we got a free upgrade. The pool is amazing, great for pool days and chilling and you are only a 4 minute walk from the main centre of Fira (literally just up the road yet the hotel is away from the crowds) - best of both worlds, perfect. Don’t be fooled and go for a cliffside accom with a hot tub, you will be sitting in the hot tub and have hundreds of people walking past you…Orama is defo the best choice! Modern, clean, nice breakfast, free water everyday, free bottle of wine. Tip: walk from Fira to Imervoligi (30 mins)…great views! Highly recommended seeing the sunset from le Moustache restaurant or the neighbouring restaurants/ bars - you will not be disappointed! Less crowded Friendly staff!

Breakfast could be much better - the quality of the products is not high. The variety is big but for this level of the hotel, the quality should be much higher!

EVERYTHING! The hotel was stunning, the staff were amazing - so kind and always went above and beyond to help make our stay the best it could possibly be. We were also upgraded to a suite with wine etc in the minibar once we arrived.

Probably the best stay out of the 7 hotels 5 star hotels we visited over a 5 week European holiday.

Great oversized area with 3 pools. Two large bottles of water left in the room daily is a very inexpensive but important touch added to our stay, well done to the Operations team and staff

Hotel Orama is new, near to the Fira city attractions, bus station. Rooms are very clean, services are excelent, the hotel has 3 pools, one appropiate for childrens.
