The property was as expected and really lived up the the relaxed vibe and atmosphere as shown on the photos. It was clean, stylish and beautiful.

The hotel is beautiful!! So luxurious. The staff were very friendly and able to help with all our questions. The pool is absolutely amazing, we laid there all day. Staff frequently check on you asking if you want a drink or need anything. The buffet breakfast was great, it had so much variety. The location was also perfect. Away from the crowds, but also a very short walk into the heart of Fira and to the bus station. I really hope we can stay here again one day

Amazing hotel, we loved everything about our stay. Gorgeous room, beautiful pool areas, wonderful staff. Everything is spotless and very comfortable. A short walk into Fira town. No caldera view from the room or pool but it didn’t matter to us, it was beautiful and a very relaxing environment. Excellent facilities. Breakfast was gorgeous and lunch and food / drinks were all excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Our kettle didn't work (but we didnt actually raise this, I'm sure they would have fixed if we'd asked). Other than that nothing.

We loved our stay. Very clean and spacious, relaxed contemporary feel. Excellent location - only 10mins walk to centre of Fira, yet just far enough away that it was very quiet. Fabulous sea views. Three large pools, and always managed to find a sunbed. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast selection, including fresh omelette station. Would recommend to all of our friends!

Everything about the place- location, the views, food, pool, room and most importantly staff who were just brilliant! We went for B&B and the breakfast spread was just fantastic with food for everyone. On a couple of days we were Vegetarian and we had good options. The dinner on our first night was great- would recommend the "Catch of the Day" which was simply delicious!!

Every thing was great , the pool , breakfast, clean The location ( 5 min walk from the center of the biggest town in the island) the room is big and comfortable, clean (every day) the stuff was very nice and serving , all the atmosphere was calm and quiet and relaxed we enjoyed our stay

This hotel is incredible! Probably the most well looked after hotel I have ever stayed in. The grounds are spotless, the rooms are beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the location is amazing with a very short walk into town to wonder the streets of Fira, get some food and have a shop and the pool(s) are the perfect spot to just chill in the sun. The gym was also a great addition to be able to train while there. We loved the massive range and options at the buffet breakfast!

The breakfast didn't really change much so it can get boring quickly but you can't complain when it's free.

Perfect location in Fira. 5 minute walk from Fira centre with link to the bus station and taxi rank plus a whole host of amazing restaurants in Fira. The hotel is very chill and perfect for couples looking for some relaxtion time but with great links if you are looking to explore. Would definitley recommend using the spa.

Cocktail bar was excellent but cocktails weren’t the best I’ve had elsewhere. They were still very good.

Amazing 5* Hotel. The staff is beyond nice and helpful from ch in to ch out. We felt super welcomed and and the restaurant&pool guys were so nice, we didn't feel the need to leave the hotel during the day to go to the beach. The pools are amazing. It's super close to Fira city center, yet such a quite and relaxing resort. We always book fancy 5* resorts but this one really exceeded the expectations as we have nothing to complain about

We booked a sea view room and it definitely had a sea view, but we didn’t realise it was going to be right on the main road, so it was too noisy and unpleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.

The rooms are very small and shower rooms are poorly designed. The water splashes out from the showering area.

Their gym is básic but that’s all. Everything else was great.

The pool, pool bar, breakfast, service and friendly staff, excellent massage at spa, the room was very comfortable with excellent black out blinds for light. A short walk into Fira. Excellent stay and would go back!

The only thing I found a bit difficult was how steep the way was to the reception and the pools from the room.

The grounds, the staff, the rooms, the proximity to the city center.

I would suggest that the property should be restricted to adults only, as it was clearly designed with that demographic in mind.

Breakfast, the property layout, the relaxed atmosphere, and the accommodating staff made my stay enjoyable. I look forward to coming back.

Absolutely nothing!

What can I say other than “long live the Orama!” Honestly this hotel was a joy from start to end. It completely made our holiday. Gorgeous breakfast with the Greek yoghurt of dreams and the only negative is they teased us with an amazing apple strudel on our first morning and we were gutted it never returned 😂. Pool area gorgeous, great service, comfy loungers and never, ever busy even though hotel was clearly full. I even felt the drinks and food prices, considering where we were and the times we’re in, were pretty good. Location-wise you’re right next to Fira town but it’s so quiet in resort you’d never know it. If I ever come back to Santorini I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
