The place felt like a dream. The location and the view was excellent. 2 swimming pools also made the difference. And did I mention the view....Outstanding. The owner was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. Had a pleasant time. Highly recommend this place.

Stunning views, great pool with sunbeds overlooking the caldera, incredible sunsets without having to battle the crowds for a photo. The staff were amazing and the cleaning staff kept the place spotless. A peaceful, tranquil oasis, would definitely come back to Olympic Villas again.

You will not find a better view absolutely breathtaking. The pool area is quiet and relaxed with no music, just perfect. With easy access into Oia a bus stop close by, supermarket and coffee shop ~ you don’t actually need to leave. The hosts are so friendly we would most definitely return, it’s emotional to leave you’ll fall in love with the place.

Fantastic location with caldera view on the more peaceful end of Oia, away from the bustle of the crowds but within easy walking distance of everything, although you may never want to leave your balcony! The room was clean and well-appointed and the owners were very hospitable and determined to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I hope to go back soon!

The AC wasn’t working very well. But everything else is good.

Very Good location. Just on the border of Oia and gives a good full view of the village from the corner. But it’s a 5 min walk to the main area. I preferred this to be right in the center.

Loved everything about this hotel! 10/10 Location was amazing overlooking the caldera/sea. Sunset view from the pool area and also from the balcony of our awesome 2 bed apartment. Property has 2 big pools - one overlooking the caldera! Everything spotlessly clean Super quiet peaceful location! Bliss looking out to the sea and lights at night of passing boats and caldera. Only 10 min walk to main Oia town. Bus stop at the front of the hotel and walk from Thira to Oia passes Olympic Villas. Christina the owner so very kind and helpful. Always had a smile for guests. All staff lovely. Highly recommend this hotel!

This property is fabulous. Right from the warm welcome when I arrived I was made to feel most comfortable. My room was right near the pool with stunning views of the Caldera. The convenience of the supermarket across the road was awesome. There is a pathway from the property that meanders into the main area of Oia which is only a 10 minute walk. The Bus stop just across the road if you want to visit Thira. Melenia and Luna the two family dogs of the property were a joy as well. 🥰 Such a relaxing and memorable time…… I will be back to stay at Olympic Villas.

BEST ACCOMODATION EVER !!! The staff were absolutely incredible - so helpful and kind - and our room was just impeccable. Could not recommend this stay more!! Such amazing views from the room and the pool area. Cleaning occurred daily which was really appreciated too. Will definitely have to be back, thank you guys for the most memorable and special trip to Santorini!

Personal preference but would’ve been good to have a full size mirror & WiFi was ok but that didn’t affect my stay

I love that it was only a 10 minute walk from the main bit meaning that it was quite and wasn’t many tourists walking past. The view from my balcony was perfect and loved watching the sunset the pool helped so much with the heat as well such amazing value for money and the hosts were so lovely and knowledgable 10/10!

The main pool area can get really busy and it’s hard to get a sunbed. It was disappointing some times getting there only to see there was no room for us there
