We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaAlthough the beds were large, we found them to be a bit too firm. And a microwave would be a good addition to the room.
Excellent staff: pleasant, respectful and instantly helpful. We were leaving and a maintenance worker was in the elevator and asked if we enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed that he obviously cared although not being a front line employee and was happy that we were satisfied. Spacious room and extremely quiet. We had a walk in shower! Also well priced.

CanadaAs much as I loved the hotel the fridge wasn’t working. The manager and house keeping really couldn’t do much to help us in that situation which again isn’t their fault it was out of their hands. But otherwise it was amazing
It was clean and we loved the pool. It was in a good location and the restaurant was delicious. The staff was amazing and very fast, especially housekeeping they were very fast on brining things and they even cleaned our room for us on the second day so we came back to a clean room.

CanadaI don't know if the property has any control over it but Google maps was fooled by a road closure. Maps directed you behind the hotel and around the back but the road closure was past the hotel so you could access it directly. Regardless, from the west I found it a little tricky to get to off the 40 exiting at H. Bourassa; it's easier exiting at Sources Blvd and turning left at Hymus
