I loved everything about North Santorini!

The location was spectacular and serene. The workers all seemed happy and very helpful. The daily breakfasts were delicious and plentiful.

There isn't anything that I can say negative about this hotel. It was amazing from start to finish.

The location was perfect for my husband and me. It was quite, with breathtaking views. The hotel is very clean, and the hotel staff were excellent. The staff makes you feel very welcomed from check-in to check-out. We took a fairy from Athens to Santorini. If you take a fairy, I would recommend using/coordinating the hotels transportation. The taxis at the port start at 100 euro and go upto 200 euro and the hotel is only a 12 min drive. Use the hotels transportation. I regret not using it when we got there but we did use it when we were leaving. For the breakfast, the view from the reasturant was my favorite. The food was pretty good. You order from a menu and it is cooked to order. There is a nice variety of food to choose from. I would definitely use this hotel anytime that I come to Santorini. The hotel rooms also have AC that work great for the Greek heat! That was a bonus for me :-)

Lighting too dim in the bathrooms. The smaller bathroom needs a shower door, floor gets very wet after every shower.

The property was absolutely stunning & totally my kind of aesthetics. It was so peaceful and relaxing, I have no words to describe how amazing a trip we had. They have the most wonderful and communicative and kind staff I’ve ever come across. I want to sincerely thank each and every one of the people - Asimina, Georgia, Michaela, Tasos , Spiros. You guys were great!! Best views, best staff, best experience!! Definitely recommend.

I am being picky now but given the cost having free bottled water available I think should be standard. To be charged €4 every time you want a bottle of water seems a bit overkill, especially when you cannot drink the tap water this should mean bottled water around the hotel or from the bars should be free of charge.

Gorgeous Villa #2 we stayed in with 3 bedrooms!! The property is breathtaking! The front desk girl was so helpful with WhatsApp texts during our stay, great service! Tostas, restaurant mgr was so great - he treated us to a bottle of wine for my 60th bday with a great sunset view when we arrived! He is a great asset to the hotel. Our massages and the spa girls working there were great. Loved how quiet this property is compared to other areas of the island. Listening to church bells on Easter weekend was a bonus!

The property was amazing and such an exceptional staff which greeted us when we pulled up. Even the 2 ladies in the Soa stayed late to show us around. Loved them both.

It’s very exclusive and you feel so pampered because the staff will literally help you with EVERYTHING - booking tours (our catamaran), recommending food places, helping you book taxi and car services and other little changes and requests in between. The rooms are beautiful and the spa is also one of a kind! Even the spa staff are very accommodating. I have no complaints about this place at all. If we could return again soon, we would! ☺️

Our private pool freezing, so unfortunately we were unable to use it. Shame as this is one of the reasons we chose the room and were really looking forward to it.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, the team were amazing. The hotel facilities are stunning but the team of staff are first class. From the main reception team, the bar and restaurant staff (food is lovely), to the ladies in the spa, everyone was so professional but also friendly, welcoming, helpful, accommodating and attentive. I loved the idea of chatting to the reception team by WhatsApp - very innovative and so helpful when out on day trips, for example to ask them to arrange a return taxi. All in all, an amazing experience.

The lobster and crab were out of season! Very sad but this has nothing to do with the hotel :p

Very satisfied with the hotel and the staff members. All very very kind and super responsive via whatsapp messages. Also pool and spa facilities are great, the water was a bit cold but the technician came within 5 minutes to fix the temperature in our room spa. Also the massages were immaculate. Lastly, food was super tasty - Loved the salmon tataki.

Please ask the staff at the restaurant to clean and cut their nails . It will be more hygienic and appropriate .

This property is stunning. It is in the middle of the island, but quiet and private. The pools in the spa are so relaxing. The breakfast was good, with a lot of options for dietary needs. Staff was extremely kind, helpful, and quick to help make reservations for us around Santorini. The private tub was very clean. Overall wonderful experience.

The beds unfortunately could be softer, we would have loved to stay longer but the beds would not have made it possible. Gym is a little outdated.

Breakfast was great, also the restaurant food is very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. The customer service at the reception was outstanding.
