Considering the value of the place for that amount of money it would be more than rude to say something bad about this very cool place.

The staff was amazing!!! Extremely polite, friendly and will make you feel welcome and at home. They will arrange an airport transfer for small amount of money in a clean and comfortable car. The location was very good since it was less than 2 minute (of a slow) walk away from beautiful Perissa, one minute away from the bus station and less than a minute from the main street in which you can find shops and restaurants. The room servise was. Punctual and they did a good job cleaning brining clean towels, soaps and shower gels every day. It was super clean!!! I like the exterior and the night light too.

There were no major issues with the place but I would like to point out even small issues so the place could improve and be the top place to spend a night! Tv was working but no channels were being shown, maybe something with anthena? We have used our USB with the movies to watch (it reads .mp4 but not .mkv) Bed boards were not aligned properly so some spots of the bed were hollow, but I pushed them in place so the issue is minimal There were no signs where to go to reach reception so we have wandered into terrace of other guests, but they pointed us to the right direction. I suggest adding some sign pointing the way, that will definitely help for the first timers! We had a balcony with table and chairs outside but there were no chairs in the room, so you have to sit on the bed all the time but you cannot rest your back to the frame of the bed because it hurts after some time without a pillow underneath lets say... Only one set of tableware (spoon, fork) for two people arriving is too little, but we did not really needed it, I am sure that if we would have asked another set, it would be provided, hosts were very helpful!

Room was clean and cleaned daily and interior was spectacular, Blue accents with white walls as in traditional houses. Staff was nearby to help with all our needs or questions. Allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout so we could spend some time visiting Akrotiri and enjoying the beach without our backpacks. Very friendly and customer oriented hosts were always at the reception, so you can get help anytime you need, literally! Top location, 2 mins to bus stop and other small shops, beach is 4-5 mins away! One of the best apartments we have stayed of all our trips

we received a message to say our accommodation was being renovated the day before and saying that we would now be staying at Marousi Suites. We arrived at the accommodation, the wifi didn’t work and the hotel next door was being renovated, with builders hammering and drilling from 0730. We reported these issues straight away and every day after but nothing was resolved.

The sanitary conditions were awful. Human hair littered the floor. The beds were hard and the seating area outside was like a postage stamp. If you are considering this hotel, I would advise you to save your money and stay in a bus shelter. The owner of this property is extremely rude and obnoxious, and to this point has been unwilling to refund our stay, as we refused to sleep in this property. Beware!! Many more reviews to follow on other websites soon.

I'm afraid there was nothing to like. The hotel is situated in a run-down area and there was more human hair in our room than on a barbers floor.

The property is very hard to find specially if you arriving late, no sighs directing you from the main road, and because the property is located in a dead end haley which it makes very difficult to find. So clear signs for easier access advisable.

Overall the room was okay , clean, breakfast served in the room was fine.

Breakfast served at set times and on the balcony before we were ready. A buffet style would have been much better however such facilities don't exist at the location. Also the lady doing the bedrooms had different standards when it came to making the bed and cleaning!

Great location for bus to Fira as well as the beach. Ari, the gentleman at Reception was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

Extremlly small bathroom, unconfortable shower, half of sink. Double bedroomroom was so small.

Kitchen facilities rather limited, some items missing. Would have expected larger room with indoor seating from description of accommodation as a 'studio'. Communal outdoor seating was unavailable because of decoration and painting, lasting whole week rather than suggested two days

Staff were helpful when asked. Good location for bus stop and near enough to beach.

Very basic room , shower bit small, first night felt a lot of itching but don’t know why if because of bedsheets or not.

They cleaned the room everyday which was really good. The balcony was nice. The owners were friendly. Short walk to the beach.

The owner picked me up from the airfield, room was clean and cleaned daily. Basic, but everything I needed, a bed and a shower ☺️ nearby the beach, food shops and bus stop.
