Good location, clean rooms and good equipment. The service and breakfast were all amazing 🤩 Mrs. Anna makes sure everything is perfect, she is attentive and gave us all the necessary information for our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED the place and everything ☺️

Was welcomed by Anna she was a very helpful and very knowledgeable lady who told us about everything of interest she is also a very good head of house along with her team the place was a joy to stay very clean we had clean towels every day for washing and showering laid out on the bed Plentiful breakfast each day which was different from Day to day I would highly recommend staying there

There is nothing I didn’t like about Maria’s Place.

We stayed at Maria’s Place for three nights. It was very comfortable, clean and Anna & all of the staff there are very friendly.

The local bus is not coming often and is crowded. You need to rent a car or go on tours to really see the island.

The location at the entrance of Ioa is perfect as you can enjoy the views without the crowd. The view from Maria's place is stunning. Anna was the perfect host, she gave insightful advice and excellent recommendations. I took the Santorini classic tour and it was the perfect way to see the iconic places of Santorini.

Ana made my stay extra-special! When I arrived, she spent time to help me plan out my stay. That was certainly above and beyond my expectations. The daily breakfast was delicious, and I received a friendly greeting every morning. I love the location between Oia and Finikia. I could walk to both towns, and the local bus stop was closeby to get to other parts of the island.

Located on the east side of Oia, with a nice view of the sea (not the caldera). Great buffet breakfast made it a very good value. On the quiet side of the city, walking distance to the toursit area.

Swimming pool was a little cold

Beautiful apartments. Very quiet, but within comfortable walking distance of Oia. Anna was very welcoming and was keen to impart ideas for trips and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Sad to leave.

Just avoid Oia restaurants who just rip you off and go straight for Kriniki Taverna in Finikia were you will get traditional Greek food and hospitality !

Anna is a lovely helpful lady with lots of information to impart when you arrive and she is super friendly. The rooms are lovely a d bright with everything you need .The bed is super comfy and there is a gorgeous bathroom and luxury shower . I had a pool and sea view ground floor so I could just nip over my balcony in the mornings and be poolside instantly ! Santorini Oia is fantastic and only 5 mins walk and the same for Finikia .Anna arranged all my trips which were fab .

Cats on the premises

Room was clean, their were separate towels for pool and shower, bed was comfortable and my balcony faced the pool area with a sea view. There is a market and restaurant less than 5 mins from hotel for snacks. It's also close to 15 mins to Oia's boardwalk filled with restaurants and stores. Anna, the owner, was helpful on a particular issue which I much appreciated. Overall, nice, comfortable, hotel with a decent but filling breakfast. I would stay again.

The only issue we had that the water was not draining properly in the shower . The bathroom was flooded when I took the shower .

My wife and I preferred to stay in Oia rather than Fira. Oio is less populated and quite scenic. Maria's Place is a studio apartment complex for Adults Only. The room is very spacious with its own kitchenette, bathroom, terrace overlooking the swimming pool and view of the sea. The level of cleanliness is outstanding. The hosts, Anna and Kostas are amazing and they make you feel as if you are part of the family. Anna will answer all your questions and advise you also where is best to eat and which excursions to take. Our booking also included a buffet breakfast and this was something we looked forward to every morning. We highly recommend this jewel of a place !!

Very spacious room, a loft which could accommodate 4 adults! The room is clean and has everything you need. Location though not too fantastic but it's not a big issue. Breakfast was very nice! Anna was very nice and gave us very good advice for planning our one day trip there.
