The rooms weren't the cleanest. Whilst they were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided, the floors were a bit dirty. The room was quite dusty and when retrieving something from under the sofa-bed it was filthy. This is not a criticism of the cleaners, more down to the lack of time given to clean each room. More cleaners were needed. The bed was rock hard! I ended up sleeping on the sofa-bed as it was softer and more comfortable.

We were upgraded to Lyttos Mare but used all the facilities at Lyttos Beach. Rooms were pretty much identical. Plenty of space nice walk in shower and large Balcony. The Argentinian steakhouse was really nice, and the Asian buffet restaurant was superb. I used the gyms at both hotels and was very impressed by how good the equipment was. What I'd call a proper gym! Pools were great with plenty of loungers. Whilst some ignored the signs stating reserving them was not allowed there were still plenty free in good spots. Which was great as our 3 year old daughter was not out by the pool until 11am due to her late nights. Kids club was a godsend for us. The staff were amazing with her! Kids disco was brilliant, albeit on quite late, and the evening entertainment was pretty spectacular! A mention to Jodie and Louise in particular who made our Daughter feel very special and who were genuinely lovely people to talk to. All the staff were brilliant on the whole.

We had a surprise upgrade on our stay and we were accommodated on Lyttos Mare. Everything was amazing, could not ask for more. Everyone was super nice, but there are a few who stood out to me. The animators. Specially, João, Ben, Eva, Laniel, Becca and Luis who improved our stay a lot! Had a really good surprise with the magic show. We had high hopes but they Lyttos managed to go beyond that!

What a wonderful surprise! This place is perfect for families with young children, offering a wealth of activities. Although our four-day stay was brief, we were genuinely sad to leave. The food was consistently fresh and delicious. The lockers and showers for those departing later were a thoughtful touch. The bartenders at Blue and Beach Bar, the housekeeping staff, the lady and gentleman at the towel change and fish spa and the ice cream guy were all incredibly friendly. The Taste of Asia restaurant is a great option if you're craving rice; you can easily make reservations through the app. Staff there are great too. Kalypso, while offering fewer options, is more tranquil compared to the main restaurant. Overall staff are great. The animation team was fantastic, and my daughter especially loved the Alice in Wonderland show.

Chose this hotel for the water park, for the kid, but it turned out to be a great option for us adults as well. The staff is professional yet very friendly. The food was very good as well. I really believe that even picky eaters will find something to their liking. The place is clean. The outdoors are well manicured. We got upgraded to a family room and it was great! All together yet separated.

Would like table service in the bar areas. At 5* hotels, you shouldn't have queue. And the queues were very long at certain times. Also, a la carte restaurant should have table service too.

When arrived the elevator was broken so we didnt have a way to get to our room. Staff was not very helpfull. Aside if calling the maintenance guy they left us alone. We were with many suitcases and babies and were left in the lobby. Only after we had to carry everything across the stairs, and insisting with the reception woman she brought one luggage from a different elevator (which she failed to mention exists). Regarding vegetarian food - staff is not aware at all. A couple of times when people asked about a specific dish, one of the staff approved it does not contain meat while another said it does contain meat.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better. Our room had a pretty serious ant problem. The water park needs a lot more shade. Looking around at noon, I'd say around half of the seats are in the sun.

Delicious food, with massive varieties every day. Child friendly buffet. A lot of specialities each meal, and so fine kitchen. Water park is the big highlight. The all inclusive offer is the best of course, you can just worry of nothing. Massive place with a lot of entertainment options. Mini disco was so fun. Overall had so much fun in every moment. Only minor point is that check in and out timing is bit strickt due to high load. However the hotel is simply providing you access to everything, with showers and shampoo and storage room in the reception, so you can benefit directly in the day of arrival and day of departure from the whole amusement. The main restaurant closes too early, at 9:30pm the buffet shuts down, so you have to be there at 9pm latest to eat comfortably. Problem is that with all the sports options late during the day, it's often hard to be ready at 9pm. The beach is fine but not gorgeous, but still fine. Bit far from the main highlights of the island (west) but stilll feasible to visit (take a night in Chania if possible,)

Almost Eleverything is awesome, as many noted. I'd like to add also that if you want to play football it's the best club we've been to, good football everyday, one for kids and one for teenagers/adults.

Only thing is distribution of pre bought T-Shirts for kids at the end of mini disco makes some kids upset who thought it will be given to every kid. Seems like a good selling strategy but at the cost of making many other kids upset.

I gave the hotel a perfect score, but there are two things worth mentioning for improvement: 1. **Kids Play Area**: The kids' play area is in the sun, making it unusable during the daytime. Other hotels have air-conditioned areas dedicated to kids' activities, which provide a nice break from the pool and sun. 2. **Room Cleaning**: The daily room cleaning could be improved. Used glasses weren't replaced, and overall, the room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel with my family, and it was the perfect choice for us, especially for the kids. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, providing ample space for everyone to relax. The highlight of our stay was definitely the numerous pools and the fantastic water park. The kids were entertained all day, every day, which gave us some much-needed relaxation time. The variety of pools ensured there was always something new to explore. The food at the hotel was exceptional. There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes and preferences. Despite the hotel being fully booked, we never experienced any long lines, which made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was wonderful, and I highly recommend it for families. We can't wait to come back and enjoy another memorable vacation here!
