The area besides the pool is a little bit small so there are sometimes issues getting a sun bed. Staff could also have come out to the pool more often for drinks orders but that’s a minor point as the bar wasn’t far.

The Urban was perfect for us - clean comfortable room and great facilities without being too explosive. The rooms are a good size and the shower had good temperature and pressure. The staff at the hotel were very kind and attentive and helped us lots. We booked one of the hotels drivers to take us to temples and he was great - very knowledgable and a safe driver- and the price for the driver was fairly good. The pool is a decent size, and food in the hotel restaurant is good. Location is great as it’s less than a 5min walk into the city centre.

The property is perfect! It is at the center of Siem Reap, close to the main street markets. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. We booked a regular room but they upgraded us to family room, which was great! We had to extend 1 more night and they made us stay in the same upgraded room without additional charges. They have free tea and snacks every afternoon at the restaurant and the staff cater to your every needs. Amazing team they got here. The poolside is beautiful and all around the hotel is filled with plants and trees. I also liked their spa.

The hotel is beautiful. Leafy with loads of areas to sit and chill out. The pool is also perfect - so cool and refreshing after a day exploring temples (even in the rain!). The staff were excellent - so kind and can’t do enough to help you. Room was great, comfy beds. Location is also perfect - right in the middle of things but feels secluded and quiet.

The staff is very friendly, but it can be overwhelming. We arrived at 11pm, tired, and wanted to check in quickly. Instead, we had to wait nearly an hour for our room keys because they served fruit and a welcome drink first. While the hospitality is appreciated, they should consider speeding up the check-in process for late arrivals. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd consider staying here again.

The design of the hotel is stylish, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, with good wifi and a great bed. The pool area is relaxing, and the tea team offers a perfect afternoon break. The laundry service was also very efficient. Highly recommend!

Only just cool enough in the room with the air on, but we were on the top floor so probably better elsewhere.

A peaceful haven in a great location, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. A tropical feel, even close to the road. Very friendly and helpful staff, always smiling. The food was excellent at the restaurant and reasonably priced. Lovely pool to relax in. Used the laundry and it was done by early afternoon to ensure we got it before we left.

Extremely warm welcome from the staff since our arrival. The staff was also very helpful to organise tours and bookings, and provide recommendations. The hotel is cosy, chic, calm, and very clean. The swimming pool is a great bonus. Quiet and relaxing place with spacious and well-air conditioned rooms (we opted for suite with terrace).

Everything about our stay at the urban was fantastic. What really stood out for us was the people. They were so welcoming and accommodating even when tourists werent around as much they always seemed happy and smiling. The addition of the tree planting and afternoon tea free of charge with a Chan and Ra who were so personable and had great English. Pi, our assistant at the urban went above and beyond to help us with everything. We couldnt have asked for a better experience with him.

A reading lamp should have made our stay perfect. An electrical outlet or extension cord near the coffee table would have made our coffee and tea break great. I hope this concern will be addressed by Management.
