Amazing accommodation, the room was clean, breakfast was great. Location was perfect with an easy 15 min walk into Oia. Staff were very friendly and made check in super easy.

We loved our stay in unique Lotza Studios. It was well managed since the very beginning, helping us with luggage and showing aroung the place. Very nice and friendly staff. Large and well equipped appartments. Enjoyed the outdoor whirlpool bath. And not to forget about amazing tasty breakfast every day. Studios are in a quite picturesque area of Finikia, but very close to the center of Oia, about 10-15 minutes walking. Thanks a lot, we will definitely come back.

Really nice apartments that show the original construction but with modern materials. Practical. Nice breakfast. Service really good. Nothing wrong to say about it. The location is peaceful, yet close enough to the commodities in Oia.

Vasilis is a great host! We felt like we were at home. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is perfect, in a small village, away from the crowds, and walkable to Oia. Vasilis was very helpful for taxi booking, answering all of our questions, etc. I highly recommend Lotza studios!

Beautiful accommodation, we stayed in a family room with an indoor jacuzzi which was very comfortable and well decorated. The communal pool area is lovely. Breakfast is amazing and is delivered to your room at a time of your choosing, the variety and amount of food was excellent. The staff are so helpful and welcoming, you feel Looked after and yet also left to enjoy your privacy. The location is perfect, the village is stunning with some great restaurants and yet it is only a short walk into Oia. Our girls wanted to stay longer and we can definitely see ourselves returning and also recommending the accommodation to friends at home.

The accommodation is very clean, spacious, comfortable and close to nice restaurants and a stone throw away to Oia. Nice little gem in the centre of a beautiful village of Finikia.

The location isn’t prime, but it’s 9 min walk from the bus stop, or 9mins to the rental vehicle shop.

Before arriving, someone contacted us on the suggestions for transport from the airport/ferry port and offered to organise that for us. They organised it, it was smooth and easy. When we arrived to the drop off, there were two workers that greeted us and helped us carry all our luggage’s (4 girls, 4 big heavy suit cases, one little suit case) the two men handled two large suit cases each and we felt so bad but we were so grateful. When we arrived to our little villa vibe stay, it was two rooms where one had a big lounge area and one was like pool house vibe but everything was clean and spacious (and one friend is a clean freak). The service was impeccable and I’m not exaggerating. I think his name is Vasilis, he gave me his WhatsApp’s for communication and he responds straight away with concise answers. He offered us a parking spot on a whim because we told him we were going to hire atvs and we forgot about the parking situation so he saved us. There is also a nice gentleman worker who brings our breakfast at any time we request and is so friendly and welcoming. This was such a great and easy stay for a girls trip, I would 100% stay there again. All the photos are from the smaller room we stayed in, I forgot to take pics of the larger room lol. And it was from after our stay cause I forgot to take the before pics Cleanliness: 10/10 Space: 10/10 Location: 7/10 Friendliness of the staff: 10/10

Just a little electric cooker, certainly not a place you can make your own good home cooked meal.

Old village of Finikia, traditional cave house with private jacuzzi, rooftop where you can mingle with other people in the evening time. Super comfy, clean, and with cool interior teperature due to structure of the building. Amazing breakfast served every morning. By great staff! Private gated parking so your rental is safe. No more than ten minutes away from both Oía and Thíra. Recommend.

What a stunning stay! We loved the location only a 15 min walk into Oia. There were some nice restaurants close by that were better awesome. The staff were amazing, they were very accommodating and helped us with transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for 3 people and the hot tub topped it off. Beds were very comfortable.
