The toughest part this may be the walk to town as it’s on the street that has traffic going into town, but everyone walks on the side and it’s totally fine! Not some thing that this property can change but just something to be aware of if you have mobility concerns.

This property is absolutely perfect for anybody looking to stay close to Oia but away from the crowds. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the start of the center of town is located in a quiet neighborhood that surprised us with several amazing restaurants with beautiful sunset views better than some of the places you can eat at. The hosts were incredibly helpful and helped us with our luggage and took accommodations for the breakfast that’s provided at the cute table outside of your room. Everyone is incredibly friendly and we would love to come back!

It was unfortunately too cold to use the pool, which is unheated. There was no bar or other facilities that you might normally expect in a 4-star hotel. The bed was fixed to the wall meaning one person needed to climb out to get past their partner. The shower was spacious but only had a hand-help option, which seemed surprising.

We stayed here for 5 days and it was wonderful. Santorini is a fascinating island and was so much more than a beach resort. The best part of Lotza is it's location in the small village of Finikia that is outside of Oia and is easy to reach but away from the tourist crush (and it gets very crushy in Oia and Fira). There are 3 excellent restaurants within a 2 minute walk and the fascinating Sigalas vineyard is a short walk down the hill. The manager was very responsive with our requests and the young man who brought us breakfast (on our own deck in the morning at a time of our choosing!) was extremely kind. We had a wonderful hot tub on our deck, which we enjoyed morning and evening! Loved the Greek architecture, which was unspoiled by high-rises or any modern monstrosities.

It was excellent stay. Just 10 15 mins walking from oia. Staff's are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Supermarket and some restaurant are nearby within 3 4 minutes walking.

The host was very friendly and informative. He went to pick us up and show us the way to the hotel when we arrived. He even helped us to take our luggage. The location was very good and walkable to the Oia town. And there’s also a few restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good and generous. Love it!

The only small thing was the jets in our jacuzzi didn't stay on longer than 40 seconds but im sure if we had mentioned it to the management they would've fixed it for us.

Breakfast was lovely, served on private terrace at a time we wanted. Place was spotless and staff took care of us, always available on WhatsApp if needed. Location was perfect for us, felt like a little local spot just an easy 10min stroll from Oia. Restaurants nearby were superb, some of the best meals I've tasted.

Because of the humidity in the area and maybe also the hot tub in the room, some things are quite moldy.

Spacious room and free parking area. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Staff was very nice and waited for us after 12am, despite the reception being closed.

The apartment was super clean, the location was a little confusing as we got lost going back after viewing the sunset in Oia, the jacuzzi was 10/10, the design of the apartment was beautiful, had a cave feel about it. Breakfast was amazing, the staff were really polite and friendly and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay

When we arrived in our rental car, there was a good bit of confusion. There is NO PARKING at the hotel: you park in a remote parking lot and walk to the unit. The remote parking lot was locked and we had to jam into a public lot until the gentleman from the hotel arrived (and he hauled our luggage to the hotel). In the end this was OK but sort of a shock upon first arrival.

The breakfast was excellent and so was the service by the team. We were there to celebrate dad’s 70th and the team helped to arrange for birthday cake. The cake was delicious. The deco in the room was beautifully done with antique furniture.

Definitely recommend them to add portable fans inside the room and upstairs as well. We did get really hot even with the A/C on as it turns off on its own so it never cooled down the apartment.

The apartment was awesome! We loved the indoor jacuzzi (even though we didn’t get to use it). The cave concept was so cute and fit us 4 girl’s comfortably. The staff was amazing and brought us breakfast in the morning each day to our patio. The host was nice and scheduled all our taxis and was reachable throughout our whole stay.

This is my first time writing a review. Just had to be done! Amazing place! The host Vasilis was very helpful from the moment we got there. He arranged for transport each time we needed it. The other staff were very friendly.The cave house is beautiful and specious. Nice outdoor jacuzzi, we enjoyed every evening. Nice breakfast served every morning. It's a 15-minute walk for the bus station and a 20-minute walk from Oia. I would highly recommend this place.

The beds were a bit to hard and the pillows were slightly uncomfortable. Also the shower head didn’t had a proper holder above the head.

The host was super friendly, and the accommodation was built in such a traditional way. The housekeeping did also a fantastic job with keeping the apartment clean
