Incredible place- absolutely stunning, super clean, modern and huge comfy beds. The villas are just amazing- we loved our private pool and private hot tub at the back, while the beds in the main pool were soooo relaxing. Perfect location only 10 mins walk from the busy hubbub of Thira and yet nice and quiet and tranquil at the villa. Finally a huge thank you for the superb customer service from George, the property manager. He was so friendly, responsive and helpful- helping us book cars, restaurants and making sure our trip was perfect. Amazing holiday- would definitely recommend this place!

We really appreciated the individual small pool, kids loved it, the hotel is brand new and the staff was very nice, we had a great stay. It's about 10mn walk to the center of Fira but we rented a car and drove everywhere.

This was honestly the most incredible hotel I have ever seen or stayed at! Just driving into the location was a shock of how beautiful the area and hotel was! It looks even better than it does in the photos! The hotel rooms themselves will shock you! They are so so so large! They mostly have a private pool or a private jacuzzi or both in our case! Aswell as an extra private garden lounge space at the back! The architecture and interior design is also excellent! Will be the most incredible experience and stay of your life! Aside from the hotel itself, the host George was the most lovely, kind and helpful host in the world!! He was so so so kind and funny and provided so much help for what to order for food delivery, how to walk into Fira town, where the supermarkets are! He also helped us book taxis left right and centre whenever we needed them! Big Thankyou to George for making Fira the most amazing stay and the cutest little gifts for each of us as we left!!

Nothing in particular stands out as a negative trait, but maybe two little imperfections that I would change are: - I would move the check-out time by one hour (from 11 AM to 12 PM). It is maybe too early for a sea location, also considering the crazy hours of some flights leaving from Santorini (even though after the checkout George gave us another room with a toilet, so actually for us it was not a big issue) - Sometimes the cleanliness of the sink table in the bathroom was not perfect (as opposed to the rest of the villa)

- The position: it is in a quite and calm spot nearby the main street, exactly in the middle of the island. But thanks to the hidden position the noises from the street are not heard. - George, the property manager, is a really kind and helpful guy. He is always around in the property and he is always available to help. His suggestions were really on point and he was always ready to help us in any situation - The pool and the hot tub. I really enjoyed both of them, the warm water makes them usable also when it is windy and not so hot outside. Both of them are cleaned everyday.

it’s stunning. it’s new and super clean. the pool is beautiful & the private pools are luxe. We watched the sunrise through our windows from bed each morning. most of all, George, the host, was unbelievable - he gave us the best advice to the most amazing places and booked everything for us. He made the trip a success

Location was super, 10 mins walk from Thira, nice views (not of the Caldera) but nice anyway. Caldera views are just a few minutes away. Accommodation was lovely, everything you need really - hob, microwave, fridge etc , there is a small private plunge pool, a larger pool plus hot tub. Staff were super. From George who was the site manager to the support staff of the two Tatiana’s and John. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. thanks to George for for booking a boat trip, tips on place to eat and checking in to ensure we were having a great time. He was communicative from before we arrived until we left. thanks to them all for the Greek language lessons too! They are all a credit to the owners and made the stay that little bit more special.

i would say the only one downside would be the road on the way to the villa, it is quite industrial/run down and taxi companies do struggle to find you.

Incredible decor, very stylish and yet functional. comfy beds, very good aircon, lovely toiletries and George was absolutely outstanding. George regularly checked in on us and made sure we were having a lovely holiday (as we were celebrating my brother in laws 30th), he gave us lots of good recommendations and treated us to some sparkling wine one night to help the celebrations. He is very helpful with travel and can sort out any taxis or transportation that you might need, to top it off he gifted us a magnet each at the end of our stay! Fantastic villa, would definitely recommend. It was a short walk into Thira town, maybe 10 mins. Taxis to Oia were about 35/40€ but George did say you could get the bus if needed.

We love everything about this property, the modern luxury feel of the property, the location, the views, the pool, the friendly staff, and the list goes on. George, the property manager goes out of his way to make our stay very memorable. Every day all the staff stop by for a chat with us and make sure we have everything we need. Everything from the taxi arrangement, food takeout, restaurant recommendations, and reservations, were carefully selected and considered as we had a baby traveling with us. We really appreciated the thought of the details George and the staff put in. As well, the property is situated in the best location if you want to explore the island, a short walk to Thira, a 20-30 minutes bus/taxi ride to the main towns, and there are so many convenience stores and superb restaurants right on the door steps too. We really felt at home. we DEFINITELY will stay here again. If you are thinking of staying here, I would suggest you book it fast!

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

This property is a dream place to stay in. You feel like home, the facilities are flawless, the view is amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable and the location is perfect to explore the island. It is in walking distance from Thira and the overall vibe of the place is really welcoming. George, the property manager, is incredibly kind, helpful and, simply said, extremely good at his job. We were two couples and stayed in a two bedroom villa. If you are considering to book this place you should do it without a doubt.

Nothing Extremely minor but a toaster would have been good but it is likely we just didn't know how to work the provided micro grill! Could have also used a tea towel in kitchen.

The staff. George is an amazing property manager - very welcoming, friendly and helpful with sorting e.g. transport, tours and car rental. Bottle of wine on arrival and small Santorini gift on departure which was very cute! Location - fantastic, quiet and hidden as outside of main hustle but 10min walk into Fira town and we rented ATVs which was 20-25min to Oia. Fantastic views! Extremely clean - both villa and pools. We had a mini infinity and hot tub on the terrace which was very luxurious. Also access to the main infinity pool (shaped like a grand piano) which was lovely and cooler water. Minimally equipped kitchen was perfect. There is also a small living space next to kitchen with TV (and TVs in room if that's what you're in to). We had a main bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet and shower downstairs (both rain showers also with detached head) with a large vanity area. Also space to hang washing and sit outside the front or back of your villa with a table and chairs out front (nice for having breakfast) and a double sun bed next to our mini pool. There were also communal sunbeds built in to the main pool. Fantastic place, can't wait to come back as George and his team are lovely, going out of their way to help and make your holiday a relaxing one - thank you!!
