The Wi-Fi signal is not good in the room, we have to sitting outside to use it.

The property is quite close to Fira city center and the bus stop. It got beautiful view of the sunrise. Stan and his team are very friendly. He has provided a lot of ideas on the activities we can do in the Island.

Stan was an excellent host and very friendly (he even helped us order a cab early in the morning), the pool area was nice, as well as the terrace. Clean.

The rooms were very small and squeezy. The quadruple room was very small, but this was what we expected given we were staying in the heart of Santorini and it was for a reasonable price. We were still able to go about our things in the room, just that it was smaller than we had hoped.

The location of the hotel was excellent - walkable distance the main area of Fira, and most importantly, a short walk from the Fira bus station. The receptionist Konstantinos was also superb - he spent quite some time explaining to us the different places we should visit in Santorini, and also gave many restaurant recommendations, many of which we visited and had a good experience. The hotel also had a decently-sized swimming pool (especially compared to many others in the area), and had many tables and chairs on the roof terraces for us to relax on.

Only the steps up and down from the main road lead to the apartments. Overall, a great location.

We have 2 different quad rooms. Overall, we are quite happy. Nice sunrise view from the apartment. Able to walk down to the beach. Easy access to the town, foods, minimart, shopping center, and cable car.

The 'hike' (not steep but tiring) from the hotel to the main road. On the flip side, it's tucked away from the noise and is really peaceful. No food and water facilities in the hotel but a mini market and plenty cafes just as you hit the main road. No pool or it was under-maintenance when we were visiting.

Excellent, safe location - close to the center square and accessible pick-up points for various tours. Clean room (No.10). Super comfy beds. Great air conditioning. Nice large bathroom. Excellent water pressure with 24/7 hot water. Spectacular view from the terraces. George and Stan, the hotel managers, were friendly, accommodating and great with reccos. Super efficient reservations team - always only a question away.

The Netflix never worked despite requesting for repair. We needed the rest at the room after a long day and really wanted to enjoy watching netflix.They tried but could not get it to work. The beds are super thin mattresses and the water leaks from the shower door on to the floor. Could also use some painting in the restroom.

I liked that it was close to the square and bus stations. George and Stan were great to connect with and helped me with what I needed. George mad excellent recommendations. They both spoke English and were so pleasant to work with. The facilities were clean and the views above the city are amazing!

The location was perfect. It was just above the centre of town, so very quiet.

The staff is amazing and always willing to help you. Everything was clean and working, but it's an expensive place for the things that they offer you. The hotel is located just 10 minutes walking from the city center, which is convenient for exploring the city. However, it's important to mention that you have several stairs to reach the hotel. Therefore, if you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with someone who has difficulties walking, please be aware that this may not be the most suitable place for you."
