The mattress was a bit too soft for me, and the pillows were quite big, but that’s just my personal preference

I had a pleasant stay and had everything I needed. I stayed two nights and it was just perfect. But if I were staying longer, I would’ve booked a bigger room. Great location and quiet. 5 min walk to the bus station. The owner is also super friendly and always up for a chat

We were only staying in Santorini for one night in order to catch a flight the next day so didn’t really care where we stayed but my wife found this absolute gem. Super clean, super comfortable, super modern Greek style interior and super friendly staff. Fantastic location. I would stay here over and over again.

the staff were amazing and located close to everything…the owner goes above and beyond with their guest! they checked me in at 11 and upgraded me to the novel room because they had the room unbook and ready whitch i really appreciated after many hours of traveling! all the other places here on santorini would make you wait even if the hotel is empty! i ended up staying 4 more nights than planned and all this because how well they treat their guest! i can’t say enough good things about this place! everything was amazing! but the staff and konstantino is what stood up the most for me! they really care about you!! thank you so much again

Great location. The main town and bus station are a short walk away. The room was finished to a high standard and really well maintained. Stan was excellent and nothing was to much trouble. Really looking forward to coming back next year.

Quiet area. Had everything that I needed - comfort, cleanliness, reception to offer tourist information and restaurant recommendations. Kettle, glasses etc are available on request.

Everyone and everything was amazing

Location was PERFECT!!!!! The receptionist were amazing. Very friendly ppl. In the heart for fira and the square/town is literally 4 mins walk. Beautiful view.

Shower water was cold but it’s so warm outside then a cold shower is more than welcome.

The location was amazing, center of fira, 10 minutes walk and you got a sunset front of you. Stan and constantinos (hopefully I write your name good…) have make this travel perfect with good advice and recommendations. Go there eyes close :) Sign Gwendal and Stephanie

The administrator was very rude and sarcastic for no reason. It was the only thing that spoiled the impression. If he was more polite, would give 10/10 for this money

For this money - a gorgeous place. A big shared area, two open nice rooftop terraces, and a communal pool. The room was clean and big.

The room was very clean, well arranged, towels were clean & cosmetics were proper, bed, pillows & blanket were comfortable. The staffs were very cooperative, helpful & gentle. Special thanks to Mr Constantinos and Mr Stans for their good service. Hotel location was near the centre of Fira, Santorini. 5 minutes walking distance of the centre and 15 minutes walking distance of the Public bus station. The room was silent and quiet environment. Real location for vacation. We just enjoyed the hotel.

WiFi poor , intermittent and slow like dial up used to be . Bathroom needs a refresh (room 22) : Shower fixing broken so hand held shower only which is poor : shower needs to be secured to the wall at or above head height . Also no shower curtain so floor soaked when showering . Air conditioning unit dripping on to floor . Odd layout , outdoor areas felt open to all and communal . After unpacking had a couple sat on what I took to be "my" table and chairs . Insect mesh loose on bottom half of window next to front door , had to lock the window every time I went out as it would be easy to gain access with a public path thru the complex .

Superb staff . Location great , away from the hustle and bustle of the main street yet only minutes away from shops and restaurants/ bars . Quirky accommodation, set into the rock face . The bedroom had been recently refreshed (room 22) , comfy bed , powerful air conditioning despite an old unit , big TV , small fridge , soap , shampoo and shower gel. Decent lighting to compensate for the lack of a big window and sound proofing on the windows .

The location was too perfect if you have to go around Santorini as Fira is the centerpoint and this hotel is quite close from the bus stop. The rooms were absolutely great, clean, the view from the balcony was splendid. Worth every penny you pay. The host Konstantinos was so knowledgeable and I took all of his suggestions which turned out to be too perfect.

I liked everything.

Thank you so much for all the effort you did to accomodate me. (I arrived after check-in time.) People in Greece are friendly but in this hotel even more so. For the price the room I had was excellent. The lightning was beautiful, soft and romantic, colors used in interior as well. Good location: short walk to bus station and walkable distance to Caldera. Now that I know Fira I would not stay any farther from the center; the urban area is annoying to navigate by foot.

If I could add more points. The host went above and beyond to explain everything to do in Santorini. The room was clean and cozy and the location very central. I would definitely recommend staying here

Close to the main centre however you will need to carry your luggage up stairs to get to the hotel.

Beautiful views from the balcony and terrace. Super clean - the bedsheets and towels smelt very fresh. The staff are so so lovely and accomodating!

Our room needed a few wee maintenance things but otherwise was great.

Fantastic location in Fira, walking distance to nearby shops/restaurants etc. Owner and staff were so helpful and provided us with heaps of recommendations for our stay in Santorini. The room was small but it was all we needed. Had a nice pool area.
