The bathrooms were in need of some maintenance. The food in the buffet was a little hit and miss. It felt rushed and a little chaotic. Standard was not as high as the rest of the hotel.

There was plenty to do, and activities planned for everyone were nice, especially Aquarobics. The children's entertainment was great to, they had something every day. The food at the outside restaurant was great and priced well. The staff were very good at the pool bar and pool restaurant. The rooms we had were good and suited for our needs.

Hygiene, even though if they clean, they don’t use the proper clean spray. And in some cases they clean the table with a hand, the food cold all the time. I hope they learn from this review.

Everything was fine.

Great hotel! Staff was very nice and friendly, the rooms where nice as well as the breakfast. One evening we joined an "pub quiz" at the hotel bar and it was a lot of fun! Would stay again, the only thing is that a car is needed but there are enough rentals in the island.

Customer service especially when it comes to repairs needs serious improvement. If there was a problem with the room , they wanted the customer to come down - we’re not bothered to check it at time of reporting. They want to run this huge place on a shoe - string! There were inadequate staff front of house to deal with issues raised by customers! The tv was old and not working. I had to say to the night manager that the tv remote controller possibly needed batteries and to take it down to him at reception for him to change the batteries. He was not interested in checking or at least sending one of the staff to find out the exact problem. Then my toilet appeared not to be working and he asked me what l wanted him to do? To which l asked if he expected me to sleep in a room without a working toilet? My room was changed and l had to tug my heavy luggage to this new room with no help. Then l was told the following day that their engineer found it was working. It turned out it needed more brute force to push the button to work -🙄. So l yanked my luggage back to my room again later on. Look Half board with no water or juice! Apparently that’s a global standard! Staying there was a mistake never to be repeated.

The room felt a bit old and badly maintained. It was also humid and noisy. Didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel at all. Common areas were also a bit “vintage.” Pillows were uncomfortable and sheets were too small for the beds. Also, the sheets where repeatedly simply “placed” on the mattress and not firmly attached under it, and as a result, they moved during the night and we ended up sleeping on the naked mattress (which was also dirty and had red stains) - not very hygienic. Mediocre breakfast.

Facilities are a little bit outdated and you can hear everything in your room. There is no soundproofing in the doors so we could hear everything happening outside. Parking is available but there is not enough spaces. You need to park on a road if you arrive late.

They gave me sheets that were smaller than the mattress. I had to ask them multiple times to fix it, till they finally did it. Breakfast was not so good, they barely had fruits and healthy options

I would suggest to include some pancakes or waffles to breakfast menu, also few times we received dirty and wet towels. Our terrace received sun only about 1 hour a day, so it is a bit cold to swim in not heated pool.

The property is nice, swimming pool and bar was great. Especially food at pool bar. Also we had a room with semi-private pool and it was super nice. A cleaning lady was friendly.

The food at breakfast and dinner could have been hotter but there was lots of choice. It would have been good if there were more English speaking channels on the TV.

It was very nice, with lovely staff and close to a small beach. The pool was big and there were activities every day, such as yoga, aqua aerobics, stretching, kids club, etc. The room was big, with a beautiful view of the sea and the bed was very comfortable and huge. The reception staff were very helpful and they proposed a tour of the island with a third party local company which we did and it was excellent value. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel with busses going to Rhodes Town and Lindos. Taxi from the airport is a fixed price and very good value. The hotel was very clean.

We experienced some crawling creatures in our private pool which was bit terrifying, however the hotel staff was helpful in taking them off the pool

Maria at reception was very lovely. She gave the best room which exceeded our expectations and delighted our trip. Staff are very humble and friendly. Always ready to help. This location is very close to town and other location shops. The property has got lovely beach access with exceptional view. Will definitely visit with my parents Next time.

- ants in bathroom, couldn’t complain too much - communal walkways were a bit uneven, so wouldn’t be suitable for people with mobility issues. - sun beds were a small bit scarce, but there are more located nearer to the beach and behind volleyball area, which I only discovered on last day. - bit of an unusual complaint, but personally with my room (632), there was a big gap underneath the main door to the room, which meant you had light coming in under it during the night from outside. Wasn’t a big deal, but just something i noticed.

- the pool area was exceptional, and very clean. - daytime activities were very good, including water yoga, darts, volleyball! - the food at poolside restaurant was very reasonably priced & tasted good - breakfast was above average I would say. Maybe some variety with pastries. Bacon & Sausages weren’t great, but you’d always struggle to get nice bacon abroad. - night-time buffet was very reasonably priced. The food was well worth the money. - staff were very attentive and friendly. From reception, to poolside to the cleaners. Special mention to Vana in the main restaurant, exceptional service. - whilst i did not do any excursions, there are plenty available, with pickup right outside reception - well stocked mini-market, albeit slightly overpriced, but expected. - for families, I would say a car would be needed, as you’re a nice bit away from supermarkets etc. - the room was decent, with a fridge too. - bus stop 2 minute walk away - the grounds are well maintained - cleaners were in every day, made beds, changed towels etc & even folded clothes one day!
