Breakfast is not the best, however, it's not really a deal breaker since the location is very accessible to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. If I would be nit picking, the juices were definitely watered down and their cups were very low in quality. My cup of coffee started leaking and by the time I got back to the room the cup is soaking wet.

We always book at Quality Inn in Palatka because of the location and the pool area. Also, the hotel is pet friendly so we could take our cats with us. Front desk service is really wonderful and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel double charged my credit card!!!! Make sure you keep an eye on your account! I told the receptionist and she said it will be fixed and it’s not. I have to call my bank and try to get my money back!!!

I like hot breakfast and walking distance the crab festival! The hotel is right across the street!

The location was perfect with a riverfront view. We only stayed one night but it was comfortable and clean with a Beef O Brady's on sight.

The breakfast hours are limiting and the food choices so so.

The smell of the "pulp mills" early in the morning was horrible almost Sicking.

We had a renovated room so that was nice. Newer pillows would be nice.

Location and the breakfast in the morning. It’s a light buffet, but very sufficient. The view from there is lovely and the lady taking care of the area sings and makes it a very pleasant morning. Lovely salt water pool. Front desk staff are also exceptional.

I wish the room had a little broom and dust pan in it, so that you could sweep up the sand that gets tracked in from shoes. I hate the feel on sand and dirt on my feet and with with hard floors it makes it worse. I used a towel to try and sweep the floors for our two night stay.

The breakfast was not very good. The cereal selection was very limited. No bagels. The coffee was cold. No fruit.

The location was very convenient, it was downtown within walking distance of several parks, the boat ramp and a variety of restaurants and shops. We biked to ravine gardens. Although it is downtown, the motel was quiet. I enjoyed walking my dog along the riverfront.

The one and only thing that was of concern, was the hot water running out too soon. After my wife took a shower, I got in immediately afterwards and the shower water was cool.

Only 2/3 of property had covered walkways so we did get caught in the rain a little.

We got a river view. Smooth sheets and soft towels. Loved that there is a restaurant on the property but it was close to two popular places: the old Angel’s Diner and Corky Bell’s seafood. Great river view from restaurant.

All was good.

Comfy bed, clean good size room with all we needed. Used guest laundry which was good but expensive at $3 for a wash and $3 for dryer (cheaper in Orlando!). Breakfast was reasonable. Friendly staff. Welcoming coffee.

There was a few cut or shaven hairs stuck in our towels . And a odd spot or to on the comforter. Also there's limited space not practical parking for trucks and boats or trucks and trailers I parked at very end with boat sticking out but wasn't blocking anybody.

I liked that they had cloths washers and dryers to use it was raining that day and our jackets were soaked it was a couple dollars to use but we'll worth it View was pretty on river front it was cold didn't get to use pool but it was very nice. Clerks were nice and helpful and breakfast was pretty good.
