There's no shower curtain, so when you wash , there's water everywhere in the bathroom

Santorini is quite expensive. Prior to high season, there were hostels at a similar price point in other towns if I had taken more time to look (the hostel that is almost next door was not yet operating). I spent more on bus fares visiting Fira & Oia than if I had stayed in Fira.

Basic. Clean enough. The owner is friendly. Fridge, aircon, and towels are provided but no kettle. Perissa is a smaller, less crowded township and generally cheaper than Fira and Oia. This is an older property suitable for those on a tight budget who want a hotel room and neither a dorm bed nor a hostel atmosphere. I was here before the high season and wanted a hostel bed but didn't look hard enough. The property is near a bus stop a few stops before the Perissa terminus.

This is basic accommodation, functional and does a job.

Room was a good size and functional. Very close to bus stop, supermarket and bakery so easy to get around the island. Beach is a 10 minute walk away. Cheap for the island.

The cost of the room was excellent value, for a room with private facilities I doubt you can get cheaper on the island. Clean comfortable and serviced every other day. Good Internet connection.

The tap and shower water was quite salty which I don’t think is a fault of this property as it is apparently salty all over the island.

It was a pretty big room and very comfortable. The pool was fun and the property had a very good location. It was right outside the bus stop and a short 5-10 min walk to Perissa beach

The water supply in the property is salty water which is not at all helpful for any usage. So we had to buy loads of bottle of water. If this problem is fixed then the place is perfect.

The property is cheap and 7 mins walking distance from the Perissa beach. There is a bus stop to reach Fira just 10 secs away. There also a shop which is 24hours open to buy some food.

Very basic, next to the street and quite loud. We stayed on the ground floor an we always heard the flushing of the toilet of the other rooms very loud and long.

Good place if you don't plan to stay much in the room during your stay. Nice location, the prices in Perissa were very cheap compared to other places in Santorini.

This property should not be advertised as self-catering, as there were no cooking facilities , only a fridge and a kettle. Some plates, cups, cutlery etc in the room would be an improvement.

The hosts were exceptionally nice people, Giannis picked us up from the port the day we arrived and drove us to the airport when we were leaving. Our flight home was late but he allowed us to remain on the premises and use the pool and toilet etc until it was time to go, which was great, as it was such a hot day. The premises was just across the road from a supermarket and a really nice bakery that stayed open 24/7 and was right beside the bus stop and less than 10 minutes to the beautiful Black Beach, very convenient.

It would be nice to have a shower curtain and a little better cleaning.

The hotel is in the town Perissa. Very close to a bus stop from where you can go to Fira and take any other bus you want. The bus run every 20 minutes. Across the street is a 24 hr bakery a super market and a couple ATM. Also the place has a pool which very clean and nice. Mr John is very helpful and always happy to help with anything you need. Also the hotel offer transfer service to the airport any time you need you just need to book it in advance. A good a affordable choice in Santorini.

During our stay nights were quite windy and the windows moved back and forward and were not tight, we had to fill the gaps to not have wind and loud noises by night. The shower has no curtains so the floor was wet. Also it would be nice if the place had more utensils.

Very basic place but has everything you need to sleep and take care of yourself and go exploring Santorini during the day for the lowest cost here. This is good option if you do not exept more from the accomodation. Also it is very close to beach, restaurants, bus stops and shops.
