Absolutely EVERYTHING! Sophia was a wonderful host and could not do enough for us. Mario’s and Lette looked after our every need as well! We did find the sofa mattresses a little hard on our older bodies but would highly recommend Kastro to anybody !!

It was as described so everything as expected.

Location one of the best in Fira as had view across all Fira and caldera, great host Marios and friendly guests as small boutique hotel. Very spacious room and pool nice and easy to get in to with amazing views. Would stay again.

Noise of the city at night while trying to sleep. Nothing to do with accommodation itself.

The staff were exceptional. The helped us with dinner bookings and carry our luggage to the room. Location of the hotel was right in town. This was perfect during the day but it was quite noisy at night. The view was UNBELIEVABLE. I wish we stayed for longer.

The photos showing a view from the room were not like what we had. This hotel, like others, is not on the road vehicles travel on.

The location was very good. The staff was very accommodating as I have a bad leg. They moved us from a room that required going up steps to get to bed into a single level room. Breakfast was very nice. One of the staff helped us take our luggage from our car to the room as you do not drive next to the Hotel.

Furniture is dated, beds are uncomfortable and bathroom facilities are in need of long-term repairs or upgrades.

Large rooms, great breakfast, amazing views, beautiful balcony, pool with a view, very friendly and accommodating staff.

The worst was bathroom (ceramics and bathtub need really big changes and need to be fixed). Not window at all so you must leaved open door (which one make loudly noises all the time if you open or close) In first room (when you came in) are windows which one cannot be blindfolded, so around 7a.m you wake up with sun to your eyes. Also you listen donkyes (around the same time 7-7:30a.m) coming downstars to port of Fira so wake up you loudly noises of steps and screaming from owners. Upstairs restaurant, the same time again, moving all the chairs, tables or any other things, so really you dont have other choice than to wake up and start your day. Breakfast was nice, but not enough for anyone from everything (and of course everyday the same and nothing hot made at all, just cold plates, sweets, fruits...) Everything inside is "old style" so dont except something new and enjoyed old time.

First of all it was the most amazing view to all the Fira and caldera. Our room has all the windows to view and everyday it was breath taking and really special. Receptionist was really amazing and help us with everything, big thanks for that. Our room was clean daily (we stayed for 5nights) and breakfast was served dirrectly to our door balcony (yes, the balcony was exactly with tables for breakfast but in the end people stayed there only in morning and all day nobody). I have high expectations for this place and the position is the most amazing

Great view and wonderful staff. There is a small plunge pool which is good enough to cool off. Nice breakfast on the balcony. Best view of the sunset and Thira at night from the balcony us breathtaking.

The grand suite had a lovely view of caldera from the private patio but was closer to the old road down to the beach which was very busy with tourists and donkeys so no much privacy there. For a bit of privacy we spent the time outside in the patio in front of the room with the shared pool.

The location was excellent with an amazing view of Thira from the jacuzzi . The staff , especially Bora was super helpful with arranging transportation for us. We were also upgraded to a grand suite which would have cost more.

The view, the view, the view. What a location right at the top of the cable car. The staff where fantastic, breakfast was excellent, and the rooms large. So easy to get around Acura from here. Will definitely come back.

I loved the little hot tub but I thought there would have been a sunbathing area too. It was described as a pool. As there is no beach in Santorini, it would have been nice to have a chill area. We only stayed one night so we went to Perissa beach but I would have been disappointed if we had been staying for longer.

The property has the best views in Santorini. It is in an amazing location. The apartment was also out of this world. The staff were so friendly and helpful, went out of their way to keep in touch with us.

Bathroom needs an upgrade, seal around bath/shower needs redoing as does gap bath against wall. The pool had lots of dead moths floating but a pool man came to clean it up.

While the location was great, the donkeys walked down the hill right in front of balcony beginning early in the morning. It was cool, but my wife is a light sleeper and it woke her up.
