The little kitchen sink area could have done with something we could wipe up with, and a couple of hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom would be useful. Other than that, our room was fantastic.

The breakfasts delivered to you on your terrace are fabulous. The location of this property is superb. The staff are amazing. Kasimatis is romantic, quiet and has a lovely “boutique” feel about it. Our stay here was incredible.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The views were the best, we had our own private balcony which we had breakfast on every morning. The staff were fantastic, friendly and always there to make our experience at the hotel even better.

This was 1 of 3 hotels we stayed during our trip in Santorini and this was our favorite hotel. Nikos the reception guy and the staff was incredibly nice and did everything possible for us! We could not have asked for a better view and a place to enjoy our stay in Santorini. Location of the hotel was also one of our favorites. This accommodation had also the best value. The room types where quite different I think but we choose Honeymoon Suite with outdoor hot tub and Caldera View and I would highly recommend that one.

It could use more hooks and shelves in the bathroom -- but not a big issue.

The Kasimatis was a perfect choice for us, and everything exceeded our expectations -- from the staff (shout out to Nikos!), the room and facilities, the view of the Caldera, and the fresh breakfast brought to our room daily. There are a lot of stairs, but it's Santorini -- there are stairs everywhere! We never had an issue finding a parking spot in the public parking area, and the Kasimatis is centrally located to several superb dining options. If we are fortunate enough to visit Santorini again, we would return to Kasimatis by La Perla, without question!

We loved the location, the comfortable room, amazing view and scrumptious a la carte breakfast, served on our own terrace. Really a dream accommodation! Best of all was the welcoming and very capable staff- thanks to Nikos and Salome for making our visit unforgettable. The hotel upgraded us to the Junior Suite because of a medical/mobility issue I experienced right before our trip - that made a huge difference and we really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the staff and management!

Lots and lots of stairs, could be very difficult for very elderly or people with mobility issues. Having said that many of the properties, particularly, those up high overlooking the Caldera are the same.

Best Accommodation ever. Perfect place to stay. Most beautiful views and sunset over Santorini. The best breakfast we have had in Greece. So glad we stayed here. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Comfortable beds with great shower too.

No laundry service. There was some loud noises through the walls which sounded like they were coming from the room above us.

Some tables from the restaurant are located on the ceiling of our room, which generates some noises when they move the property, Also in the early morning of one day there was a lot of wind and this caused the tables to move, causing a lot of noise.

the view is amazing, the hotel is very well builded and the finishing are good, The breakfast totally exceeded my expectations. The room is large very well decorated with all services.

The staff were very friendly and professional, and accommodated me very late at night after my ferry got delayed which I appreciated. Everything was very clean and they served me a huge breakfast which is included in the price.

The property was just absolutely stunning and the room was perfect and spacious. They even upgraded us to a better suite since they had availability. The location is good and has a few food/ drink places nearby. There’s also a good walking trail at the back of the hotel that was perfect for morning walks. The stuff was incredible and the breakfast served in the morning was a cherry on top. We would definitely stay here again!

I liked everything.

The view from the hot tub on the deck was breathtaking! The staff were amazing and the breakfast was by far the best food we had in Greece!

The room was perfect size for me but with someone else would have been a little small.

The breakfast was unbelievable, so much food and incredible views to eat it in front of. The room was a very ‘Santorini’ loved the bathroom. Staff were also amazing Gino and George especially :)

Wonderful breakfast brought to your room each morning. The property is lovely and the view could not be better! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent experience! Especially Salome at the front desk - she was a wonderful concierge for our stay! So friendly and cheerful!
