The view outside from the balcony doesn't ecapsulate the Santorini that tourists would usually prefer to see but there is still a nice sea view especially when the sun sets.

The host was super friendly and accommodating. She provided all the information we would need about bus schedules and gave us many recommendations of what to do around Santorini. She also brought us a really good breakfast! The accommodation was also located right across from the bus stop so it was easy to get to Fira and Oia for only €2. Restaurant Finikia next door also serves amazing dinner, especially their moussaka and kalimari

The wi-fi was not the most reliable.

The hostess is friendly, helpful, and wants to ensure that your arrival and stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The location is a small walk from the main part of Oia, but it has its own fantastic view of the sunset. Next door is a delicious restaurant recommended by the hostess and right across the location is a connecting road to the trail that connects Fira to Oia. The breakfast was a paid add on but you are served right on time with fresh, delicious, and filling food and beverages. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable accommodation with a fantastic view.

Spirioloulo the host was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived, rooms was very clean, excellent location, views of sunset were amazing. I will definitely be back, what a beautiful family run stay, breakfast is beautiful and brought to your room every morning. Spirioloulo helped with all our booking including 5 hour yacht cruise which was simply amazing, also car hire. Amazing host. Oia is a 20 min walk, bus stop is outside hotel. All round great holiday.

The room was very nice, and the person in at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated all the suggestions regarding restaurants within walking distance and things to do on the island. The location was very good - quiet location but easy access to the walking path linking Oia and Fira (short walk to Oia and a longer but enjoyable walk along the Caldera to Fira). The quaint village with the recommended restaurants just below the hotel was a nice surprise. Also, I was very impressed with all the amenities provided - not just the expected soap, hair shampoo, etc. but also toothbrushes, slippers, robe, etc. It is my understanding that this is a family owned and run hotel - mother and daughter (both of whom are very friendly). We highly recommend it!

The property was beautiful! The host was very kind and always available to contact. Just outside of the suite was the bus stop, where you can catch the bus to Oia for €2, or get the bus back to Fira to then go to Perissa, Kamari, etc. The host gave us a map of the island, the bus times and recommendations. The place itself was clean, the hot tub was lovely and had a beautiful view of the island, especially when the sun set! The bed was comfy and we enjoyed watching TV. Toiletries were provided. There was a mini bar in the fridge with water, beer and wine, and the place is a 2 minute walk from Finika restaurant, 5/10 minutes to Santorini Mountain and 10/15 minutes to a local supermarket.

We did not have breakfast there as we wanted to have Bfast at scenic Oia. Room was very good set up, it is like a studio room. I was lucky to be treated with spa room. Unfortunately, did not have much to enjoy it. Very accommodating, allow us to check in early when rooms are available/free. Must come back to visit Spiridoula.

The apartment was more than we had expected, the balcony was huge with Sun beds and a beautiful sunset view. Breakfast was amazing too. The whole.place was super clean, and the hospitality was wonderful. The only thing I can think to bear in mind is that it is in quite a remote area. We didn't mind, we had a car and we wanted the tranquility. To get to the local restaurants in the tiny village below, you have to go on foot, down steep pathways and steps. Again, not an issue for us it was all such an adventure.

The location is excellent as it is a 15 minutes walk to Oia and the bus stop is directly across the road. The host Spiridoula is very cordial and helpful. She provided information about the bus service along with restaurant recommendations. She also offered an umbrella and poncho to us when it unexpectedly began to rain.

The sunset view from our balcony was beautiful! Spiridoula was a wonderful host and very helpful with recommendations and instructions on what to see and how to get around the island. It was a 15-minute walk to Oia on the road, and there were two good restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. One was right next door! You have to be careful since there are really no sidewalks, but we never had an issue walking. You can order breakfast delivered right to your room for an affordable fee, which includes plenty of food. Our apartment was a little smaller than we are used to, but it had everything we needed. It was furnished nicely with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a loft. It had a small balcony out front and out back. We sat out back every evening and enjoyed it a great deal! I would recommend it if you want to be close to town, but not in the hustle and bustle of town. The local bus stop is within a few feet which will take you to Oia is a couple of minutes if you don't want to walk, or to Fira where you can catch another bus to anywhere on the island.

The staff! Spiridouloa gave us a map and was there for every question or request!!! The apartment was very clean and you could buy wine, beer, water, etc. It is a ten minute walk to Oía. You can access the path to walk to Fira easily. Bus stop, (first stop) is literally at hotel, from Fira. Sunset views. Great patio. Next to a restaurant. We loved our room and location. Oía is crazy busy!!! I easily ran in the morning there each morning before traffic. The staff and leaning- outstanding!! Provided a map, too.

Great location just outside the main strip of Oia. Nice view from the balcony. The owner was absolutely amazing and so helpful during our entire stay. Beautiful little property that even has a relationship with the suites property just behind that has an incredible pool you can go to for a small fee per person. Highly recommend this stay.
