While relatively central it is still an uphill hike to the hotel so would be challenging for anyone with limited mobility or fitness (but then again, all of Santorini probably would be!). The rooms higher up with balconies would be the nicer of the rooms. Mine had a shared patio which is probably fine if you know the people you're sharing with, but not if they happen to be a group of partying girls right outside your window. The rooms were also near the staff/cleaning room which was noisy in the morning.

The pool area is lovely. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are basic but comfortable and I especially liked that they had windows so I could sleep with fresh air not air conditioning! Staff were friendly. The hotel reached out to arrange a transfer to the hotel which was appreciated.

Staff was amazing! Carolina, Dimitris and Housekeeping- thank you for the lovely stay. Location is excellent. After check out I was able to use the swimming pool facilities and take a shower before my evening flight.

We stayed in Villa Santorini (2 bed villa) which didn’t have much clothes hanging space for 4 people. Also there are height restrictions in doorways which would’ve been useful to know as hubby is 6ft 2 and had a couple of bumps!

We had a fantastic stay at Dream Island - the staff were faultless - Very accommodating and friendly. The pool area although small was spotlessly clean and the most comfortable poolside sun beds I’ve ever used😊 The villa we stayed in had a plunge pool area outside which was an added bonus! The location of DI is fantastic - it’s a very short walk to Fira centre but very quiet.

Everything about this hotel is excellent, the staff ate 2nd to none, nothing is too much trouble. Lovely people, hard working and friendly.

Staff 10/10, location was near everything but you would think you were on a private Island as no noise.

Everything was amazing! The place is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast delicious and abundant, the shared areas are nice and the swimming pool too!! Location couldn't be better!! Dimitris and Carolina, the receptionist, are very nice people, kind and attentive at all times!!

Not much to dislike!

Beautiful hotel around a large pool in the centre of Fira, but away from the crowds. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. A quirky feature is that the very hearty breakfast is served direct to your room each morning at a time of your choosing and can be enjoyed in the privacy of your room - or on a balcony overlooking the Aegean in our case. Wonderful.

We liked the location (near enough to Fira centre but without being too noisy), the room (lovely balcony view over the hotel pool and Aegean Sea), breakfast being brought to the room in the morning, and helpful and cheerful Dimitris and Carolina on the Front Desk, who arranged transfers and helped us take the local bus to Akrotiri.

Nothing. Even though it down't face the sunset, views from this property are stunning, and the hotel is close enough to a number of places to view the sunset.

The staff is very proactive, helpful, and friendly. Carolina and Dimitris -- thank you for everything! The room is immaculate, smells amazing, and is very comfortable; great quality bathrobe and towels. The pool area is stunning, as is the rest of the premises. Cute table area outside the room, which was cleaned every day.

For short break this is perfect for couple or family but there is no real hotel food or other facilities for guests to mingle. Bar was available until 9 but as the town is nearby not really needed.

The hotel central pool area is quiet restful and very aesthetically arrangedand sun beds are comfortable and always available. Rooms are very clean and characterful. Location close to Fira but just far enough away from alleys and main thoroughfare and road to be peaceful.

Location and views. It’s very quiet and the pool was a plus. The room and lobby is decorated so nice. The pool had nice lounge chairs and umbrellas for guests.

This hotel was surely a dream island. We loved everything about it. The staff, the room , the environment, the proximity to town, the pool. We were there for 4 nights and were sorry to leave. This hotel was magical.

I arrived late and the hotel arranged my pick up. The driver Chris was fab and he became my taxi plug throughout my stay and even arranged pick up for town and port. The breakfast was nice and was delivered to my mini porch in front of my room which felt like my mini cabin. The room was really nice and clean. Plenty of space to sunbathe and the pool was clean. Dmitris at the reception was friendly and helpful. They also allowed to keep my luggage after I check out so I can go to a cruise. Overall customer service was great. The view in this hotel was really good and the location is close to main attraction in Imerovigli and close to Fira town. Nice hotel and would suit couples or solo travellers wanting a peaceful time.

Fantastic location only 2 mins walk into the hustle and bustle of Fira town but so quiet you wouldn't know it, with beautiful views from the immaculate pool area. The staff were all incredibly genuinely friendly and helpful. It is one of if not the nicest small hotels I have ever had the opportunity to stay.
