Lovely hotel in a peaceful location. The food in the restaurant was very nice,but I thought the breakfast was expensive for a breakfast at €23.

Very good breakfast buffet and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The swimming pool and sauna area (2 saunas and a steam room) were clean and the tea kitchen was a nice bonus.

Very kind the staff at reception and at the restaurant. Wellness center nice but a bit old, 2 big sauna rooms (sauna + infra-sauna) and steam bath, relaxing aerea, tea area, swimming pool.

The receptionists were not very friendly even when I explained that we had confirmed certain requests in advance in writing. Not at all flexible on guests in spa, but allowed for breakfast (€23). The walls in the rooms are very thin - voices / footsteps / moving furniture / shower in neighbouring rooms is clearly heard through the walls and corridors. No safe or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Pay for parking although large and mostly empty carpark.

The views and the pool are great and the general cleanliness is good. The breakfast staff were friendly. The rooms are a good size and clean.

There was a bit dirty in the room. Especially under the beds, we found some things after last visitors.

THE VIEW AT BACKYARD FROM RESTURANT FLOORS AND LOCATION IS BEST PLACE. THERE IS ONE BUS STAND JUST 8MINS WALKING FROM HOTEL LOBBY. ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS AND STAFFS ARE VERY FRIENDLY. OVERALL ATMOSPHERE IS EXCELLENT TO STAY.

The cleaning staff went to early into my daughters room lucky they closed the door straight away again as my daughters yelled out not now they were still sleeping and it was only about 9 in the morning

First off we paid for parking ahead but the ticket which was given didn't work. The next time we tried to use the ticket, it said it wasn't even activated - had to ask someone to help. The room didn't have a fridge, safe OR bathrobe. There wasn't even a single water bottle in the room. This is labelled a four star hotel, I've been given & had such things in a 2-3 star hotel for half the price, no questions asked. We did ask for a bathrobe though & were told at receptions it'll cost 10 euros each as it's "deposit", which won't be returned "as it costs something to clean them afterwards". In regards to the pool/"wellness"/spa: The pictures online are misleading. The pool is pretty small & it wasn't heated enough. While we stayed for only one night, we couldn't really use the pool as it was too cold & no one used it during the 3 hours we spent there. There were also signs saying you were only allowed to use the saunas without any towels. We didn't want to sit with bare cheeks on the wood & therefore couldn't use the saunas either. Plus the shower in the area of the pool didn't work & was broken. My sister booked the stay as it was a surprise for me & my partner. It was his birthday & we told them via mail & in person. No one cared & we did not feel special one minute. (Note: I did not expect to be given anything, but even 2 star hotels have little chocolates or bonbons on pillows once you check-in, let alone having someones birthday there). Note from sister who booked room as surprise: I booked the room for 2 people, then went on "business" to get them a quieter place & the system changed the amount of people to one person. I called in on the day my sister went there & explained my mistake. Receptionist was rude & told me "well, I can't give you the room as you only paid for one.

The bed was comfortable and the rooms was modern. If you're into outdoor sports, it's a good spot for summer. Not so much for wellness or an overall comfortable stay as there were many things which didn't work, weren't there or simply poor.
