Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CroatiaJust as a suggestion, maybe add some kitchen pots so the food can be warmed up, if someone wants to. But, if we wanted, we could have asked for it since the host was available 24/7 for our questions and requests.
Great location, very close to the beach. Host welcomed us even though it was late and our flight got delayed. She even organized a taxi ride from the airport for which we are very thankful. The apartment was very neat and spacious, with air-conditioning and a small terrace for breakfast or rest in the evening. Clean sheets and towels every two days. The host was available for all questions or requests and promptly answered on our messages.

ItalyYou can cook, but the stoves provided are slow (only true flaw).
Location: Perfect to enjoy the island. Its strategic location permit to walk fastly to the sea and to the center of Kamari, the city with the best served beaches and good evening entertainment. Furthermore, from there you can easily go everywhere in Santorini by bus or scooter. Structure: cozy apartment ideal for a couple. It’s clean and you have everything you need. Landlord: extraordinarily welcoming people. Eva and her grandma made us feel at home. Always present without being intrusive.
