We loved everything. The only downside is that the hot tub wasn't always hot. Sometimes it was just warm.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. The view was amazing during the day and at night. The location was great. The service was also amazing - so helpful. Loved the private terrace and hot tub!

We stayed at Delfini Villas for 6 nights for out 20th anniversary trip. It was an amazing experience. Sima the hostess is simply the best! I can not overstate how much value she added to our entire experience. She made suggestions and reservations for us for things to do and places to eat. We had already reserved some restaurants but her suggestions are just better. She cleaned our room each day. She responded to every request and need we had setting up Covid testing for return to the US, massages, etc. She made a fantastic breakfast every morning. And she is just an all around sweet individual. As to the property it is well located with amazing views. We began and ended every day in the hot tub overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean and Oia. The beds and facilities are great. I can not recommend Delfini enough.

Not many stairs to climb down unlike many other suites in santorini !!! Amazing amazing views from the room and exceptional amenities within the room along with a super friendly host.. warm jacuzzi tub along with complimentary wine with really good portions of breakfast leave us with no room for any complaints or disappointments !! Highly recommend delfini !!

Some very minor points but it wouldn't stop us staying again. The decor could perhaps be updated/modernised (i.e. bed covers, curtains). The bathroom could do with an update too. It was cleaned every day but the shower leaks all over the floor. The hot tub smells strongly of chlorine but I don't know if this can be helped?

We're so pleased we chose Delfini Villas for our minimoon. Sima made our experience extra special, she is an absolute gem! The breakfasts were fantastic and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The location is perfect, close to the action but quiet and (crucially) not overlooked. The hot tub is a nice touch. The price is reasonable compared to similar properties in Oia. Don't hesitate to book if you want friendly service and a clean room with amazing views.

Very nice view to caldera. Very calm place, clean and it has everything you require for a perfect stay. The breakfast was very good. The host was very polite, she gave us recommendations on things to do and even helped us arranging a tour.

Nothing, it was actually perfect!

Delfini Villas is a dream! Our host made an exceptional breakfast every morning - it was the best breakfast we have ever had! Our view was incredible - we were able to relax in the hot tub and soak in the views of the caldera and the sea! It was our honeymoon - we were greeted with a bottle of wine and helpful suggestions of where to go during our stay. We cannot say enough good things about Delfini Villas! We highly recommend this property!

Absolutely nothing. Best room we’ve ever stayed in.

The location, the size of the room, the view, the hot tub, the reception from the host Sima on arrival, during our stay and the warm wishes when we left. The sumptuous freshly cooked breakfast every morning. Sima’s endless restaurant recommendations, advice on day trips, her ordering our takeaways and taxis etc, she truly made our holiday more special. The room was spotless, and the arrival treats were most appreciated. I was surprised to receive a gift on departure, such a lovely touch. Thank you Sima, feels like we made a friend in you.

can’t put anything here as it was perfect.

The property was smack bang in the middle of Oia, 10 steps from the Main Street. The best view ever, biggest balcony of the three rooms with a hot tub. Seema looked after us very well, couldn’t do enough for us. very nice woman, got us a good deal on a car,rung takeaways, ironed our clothes and changed our breakfast to what we liked. Restaurants are close, bars shops our stay was perfect and we are definitely going back in may.

We really had a great time at delfini. The place us breathtaking! The view is awsome. The room is located at the edge of the caldera. It is just a few steps of the main street but you cannot hear the buzz. It is quit and tranquile. We had a marvelous breakfast and a very nice Hostess. The hottub is wonderfull. You sit in bubbling warm water overlooking one of the most beautifull view you've ever seen drinking the complimentary rosé. In the morning we had a great breakfast served on our own balcony.

The bathroom is small and the flooring needs replacing in the bedroom.

Breathtaking views from the private balcony. The hotel was very well appointed and Sima was exceptional. Sima prepared the most delicious breakfast and kept the rooms exceedingly clean. The hot tub was a good temperature and you can relax and take in the views. The gifts of fresh fruit and wine and olive oil was a lovely gesture.

The bathroom was quite tight. It is not possible to use the mirror to get ready while your husband is using the toilet. Suggest to have mirror in the bedroom not just the toilet. I found quite a few hair in the hot tub that wasn't ours.

The views from the balcony with the outdoor hot tub was the main highlight of our stay. Our host was lovely and helpful. I appreciate the fact that our balcony has privacy compared to the other ones where you could look down over their space. It is not out in the open like a lot of the hotels in Santorini due to the layout of the cascading hotels down the cliff side. Included breakfast at the balcony was awesome! A nice bottle of wine, bathrobes, slippers and even flipflops were a nice welcome touch!

It’s very quaint and decor is dated but the whole town is fearfully expensive and so this was a great option.

Sweet gem of a property with a beautiful view. Very comfortable. The host was the most wonderful friendly lady who could not have looked after us better. Thank you Sima. Will definitely recommend you to our friends.

Nothing everything was great.

Sima was extremely helpful, She couldn’t have done more for us and took the holiday stress away. From booking excursions and dinners to giving information, the service was endless. I would highly recommend Delfini Villas. Amazing views from your balcony and amazing location just on the main strip of Oia. 10/10!

Don’t know where to start.. first, we arrived around 4.30pm but the hotel had a power outage, so there was no air-conditioning in 27 deg. heat. The staff proposed she would upgrade us to another room with light but we had to come back in an hour. So, eventually we checked in around 6pm and the AC and WiFi started working around 6.30pm. So, we lost almost 2h time for our stay. Secondly, Seema seemed quite rude and annoyed when we ordered breakfast, also when she served it in the morning. Apart from this behavior, the view was really beautiful and the room was perfect, just wasn’t satisfied with the service. Also, the toilet was way too small.

The location is perfect, clean, with good facilities and exceptional breakfast.

The lady in the reception is a bit rude or maybe straightforward. The AC was leaking water and when we complained she said it is because of the window open but in spite of the windows closed it was still leaking. The breakfast was very very badddd for the money we paid. She didn't even let us decide and give enough time to decide nor did she explain us the English terms properly.

We liked the location and the view. That's all.

There was a sound from the property of somebody bringing up flem for two days of our stay. Which could be heard loud and clear from our room. From AM to late PM. It was horrible, and uncomfortable.
