Absolutely nothing. Best room we’ve ever stayed in.

The location, the size of the room, the view, the hot tub, the reception from the host Sima on arrival, during our stay and the warm wishes when we left. The sumptuous freshly cooked breakfast every morning. Sima’s endless restaurant recommendations, advice on day trips, her ordering our takeaways and taxis etc, she truly made our holiday more special. The room was spotless, and the arrival treats were most appreciated. I was surprised to receive a gift on departure, such a lovely touch. Thank you Sima, feels like we made a friend in you.

can’t put anything here as it was perfect.

The property was smack bang in the middle of Oia, 10 steps from the Main Street. The best view ever, biggest balcony of the three rooms with a hot tub. Seema looked after us very well, couldn’t do enough for us. very nice woman, got us a good deal on a car,rung takeaways, ironed our clothes and changed our breakfast to what we liked. Restaurants are close, bars shops our stay was perfect and we are definitely going back in may.

We really had a great time at delfini. The place us breathtaking! The view is awsome. The room is located at the edge of the caldera. It is just a few steps of the main street but you cannot hear the buzz. It is quit and tranquile. We had a marvelous breakfast and a very nice Hostess. The hottub is wonderfull. You sit in bubbling warm water overlooking one of the most beautifull view you've ever seen drinking the complimentary rosé. In the morning we had a great breakfast served on our own balcony.

The bathroom is small and the flooring needs replacing in the bedroom.

Breathtaking views from the private balcony. The hotel was very well appointed and Sima was exceptional. Sima prepared the most delicious breakfast and kept the rooms exceedingly clean. The hot tub was a good temperature and you can relax and take in the views. The gifts of fresh fruit and wine and olive oil was a lovely gesture.

The bathroom was quite tight. It is not possible to use the mirror to get ready while your husband is using the toilet. Suggest to have mirror in the bedroom not just the toilet. I found quite a few hair in the hot tub that wasn't ours.

The views from the balcony with the outdoor hot tub was the main highlight of our stay. Our host was lovely and helpful. I appreciate the fact that our balcony has privacy compared to the other ones where you could look down over their space. It is not out in the open like a lot of the hotels in Santorini due to the layout of the cascading hotels down the cliff side. Included breakfast at the balcony was awesome! A nice bottle of wine, bathrobes, slippers and even flipflops were a nice welcome touch!

It’s very quaint and decor is dated but the whole town is fearfully expensive and so this was a great option.

Sweet gem of a property with a beautiful view. Very comfortable. The host was the most wonderful friendly lady who could not have looked after us better. Thank you Sima. Will definitely recommend you to our friends.

Nothing everything was great.

Sima was extremely helpful, She couldn’t have done more for us and took the holiday stress away. From booking excursions and dinners to giving information, the service was endless. I would highly recommend Delfini Villas. Amazing views from your balcony and amazing location just on the main strip of Oia. 10/10!

The transportation company they work with is unreliable. They were 20 minutes late picking us up upon arrival and 30 minutes late to pick us up and take us to the airport for departure.

The view was spectacular and the service was excellent. We loved staying here and found it very relaxing to sit out on the terrace and enjoy the view.

Our only regret is not staying longer :(

We loved everything, it was a great stay. Beautiful room, wonderful views. The terrace has a jacuzzi which is great after a long day walking, and a table where you can have breakfast. They have options for your breakfast, and it was delicious! Great location, the most important spots are just a few blocks away. But the most important was the attention we got from Sima, such a great hostess, always eager to help and with a smile. We loved everything and would definitely come back! Book now and you won’t regret it!!

What is not to like?

We have decided to stay in Delfini on our second day in Santorini. I only regret that we did not choose to stay there from the beginning! The room had amazing view with a beautiful tub that fit both of us perfectly and allowed us to enjoy the sea view and caldera too! The hostess of the hotel, Mrs. Sima was amazing! She has given us a very warm welcome and helped us put with many thing such as cat rent and tours. She made it all super-easy for us! Also the best thing that we keep remembering is the breakfast. It was the best breakfast I have ever had in Greece and I think in general. Yes, it was that good! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone ☺️ Great value and amazing location!

Everything was great!

Fantastic view to the caldera! Fantastic breakfast served at the balcony! Fantastic location! Close to main attractions but and private in the same time. Fantastic host! Sima did great job and made us feel like home. She was very nice and helpful with every question we had. She also helped us and oganised the COVID-19 test needed for departure have been done in our room. Fantastic tub at the balcony!

The lady in the reception is a bit rude or maybe straightforward. The AC was leaking water and when we complained she said it is because of the window open but in spite of the windows closed it was still leaking. The breakfast was very very badddd for the money we paid. She didn't even let us decide and give enough time to decide nor did she explain us the English terms properly.

We liked the location and the view. That's all.

There was a sound from the property of somebody bringing up flem for two days of our stay. Which could be heard loud and clear from our room. From AM to late PM. It was horrible, and uncomfortable.

Everything in this room is not only old style but simply old // I do not like the fact that they put two single beds together because you could feel the gap in the middle, very uncomfortable // Service provided was not very professional // The bathroom gets wet after you take a shower because there is not a glass in the bathtub // You could find the same breakfast in any bakery around.

Location was excellent // The view from this property is fantastic, but not worth the price of the room taking into account that you have the same view from many different places, restaurants, and other hotels in this side of the island where you can also take very good pictures.

It was a little difficult to keep the water where it belonged (jacuzzi, shower), and the furniture was very nice, but wasn’t really built to get wet.

Sima was amazing - early check-in was available, she got us oriented to what was available and made great food recommendations, the location was phenomenal and the view was lovely, especially for breakfast.
