Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff and facilities made our 7-day stay a dream come true. The hotel is located close to the seashore, it is true that there is a busy road in front of it, but we were not affected by the noise. In the vicinity of the hotel there is a bus and tram station, and many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill any request with a smile on their face. We received an exceptional welcome cocktail on the hotel's gorgeous rooftop terrace, free sweets and water in the room, housekeeping is done daily and care products are replaced, the cleanliness is impeccable. We had free access whenever we wanted to the hotel's private beach, to the small pool with bubbles on the terrace and to the private jacuzzi on the ground floor. At the private beach across the street, you get a deckchair, towels and water for free. The breakfast is extremely tasty, varied. I cannot express the thanks I bring to the hotel for the way they treated us, and for the kindness of the manager to talk with us and give us a small gift on departure.

We stayed 5 nights at Coral Hotel with a sea view room for my birthday holiday. All staff were amazing and so friendly. I appreciate for their kindness and gift, thank you again! Also room was so clean and has soundproof. Front beach and shuttle for Zen Beach and Athens is a plus. If you want to visit Athens and also want to do beach vacation, they make it as easy as possible.

All of the members of staff are welcoming, super friendly & helpful. Reception & Concierge cannot be anymore helpful & they are faultless. When my mother required medical treatment, the staff contacted the local hospital for us & arranged for a cab to take us to the hospital too, they were absolutely brilliant. The members of staff at breakfast ensure that they’re on hand for any assistance required & that the plentiful & varied breakfast choices are kept topped up. The waiters at lunch & dinner are equally attentive. The food is absolutely delicious, well priced & competitive for the area. I stayed at the hotel with my mum for ten days, the food was so delicious, we ate lunch and dinner every day at the hotel.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, with shuttle to take you anywhere you need (center/ nice beach). There are quite a few good restaurants nearby, walking distance, so we consider coming back

Great staff, great view. Exceptional service, they go above and beyond. Room comes with coffee maker, sweet treats, tooth brush, shaving kit, and more toiletries. They have their own van that takes you to Zen beach bar and Acropolis.
