We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The services & their staff were by far the best we experienced ever! They called me a day before to confirm pickup from airport. They also made sure we got everything we need during our stay and made extra mile to made us comfortable at all times. Shout out to Janna in reception, Manos (hope I got that right) the Manager for being the best! Location, room, facilities, service, food and staff are all 100% AMAZING!

United StatesThis Hotel is UNBELIEVABLE! They went out of their way everyday to make sure it was a 5 Star experience! I got engaged the 2nd night we were there, they went above and beyond for me. We had the Grand Honeymoon suite, they had candles, rose peddles, champagne… It was the best stay I’ve ever had in my entire life. Worth every penny, and it’s not packed, the people staying at the hotel were also incredibly nice. STAY HERE! You will thank me!!

Absolutely stunning. The best of the best. Very good restaurant. Pricey food and drinks but understandable for this type of place. Professional staff, spot on, typical 5 star service. Drilled to make your stay as perfect as it can be. Side note: it can be a bit fake as well because of that, but it was okay. Also keep in mind there are a lot of outside guests at the property during the day and a lot of people think they are supermodels. Instagram hot-spot to the max. We underestimated this.
