Everything was IMMACULATE!!!! Most of the time when you view properties online, they look nothing like the photos but Asteras Villas was an exact REPLICA! SO VERY PLEASED! Top Notch Service from Staff. The guy that assisted with our Luggage was UNBELIEVABLY STRONG 💪 We will definitely stay again and have already recommended this property to our close friends!!!!

Stairs are no joke to get there! They are steep and narrow, difficult to traverse with luggage. Host helped us with luggage on our way out but was not there on arrival unfortunately.

Stunning views, loved the private clean hot tub. Host is so friendly and helpful, amazing hospitality. Amazing breakfast delivered to your room, he coordinated taxis for us, and even did a small load of laundry for us for free. Highly recommend this stay.

Stairs were a challenge at times and breakfast was often cold.

The views and staff were perfect. The jacuzzi was a nice touch since there was no pool. Reedi was extremely helpful and friendly, going out his way to do whatever he could for us.

Everything from start to finish was fabulous! Amazing value for money and such a lovely trip for myself and my partner. Would 100% recommend to anyone! We were nervous about the steps to the phoebe suite, but they were more than ok and Carlos helped carry our luggage. Also the Phoebe suite was very private and not overlooked which was a plus. We will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful trip!

The view from the room s absolutely amazing. So, the La Luna Suite is on the top most and venus suite is second from the top. To get to Venus suite there are about 55 steps down (note: for almost all the hotels in Santorini cllff side, there are steps). In my opinion Venus suite is more preferred because it has a breathtaking view and there's not much noise from the bar/lounge nearby (as mentioned by few guests). The hotel is very convenient and well-connected to the Fira main square. Staff is amazing and they help you to carry the luggage to the room. Breakfast is prepared as per your choices and served in the room.

We stayed in the Phoebe Suite which is the lowest suite they offer and while the room was absolutely stunning it does mean walking up and down many many steps and also walking through other people's balconies.

Absolutely beautiful views and very romantic atmosphere, the staff were so accommodating and lovely giving plenty of suggestions and help when we needed it. The room was so spacious and lovely and the hot tub was superb!

Breakfasts were generally good, delivered to our room at the expected time. On a couple of occasions the order was incorrect. Because it was prepared off site it’s important there is a good means to keep it hot. Eggs were lukewarm. The balcony was great. The bed and pillows could have been better. We rolled into the middle of the bed. Pillows needed replacing. Couple of tiles missing in the shower.

The place is really good, but perhaps not quite as perfect as the pictures make it look and this took us a little by surprise. The attention to detail in the room was not quite what we expected with some of the lights not working, the hot tub could’ve done with a clean and we also had to clean our wine glasses ourselves. Nothing major, but just was not what we expected based on the pictures and how much we paid.

Location and views were unbelievable and totally lived up to expectations. The service from the staff was brilliant too. We stayed in the Galatea Suite, which was good layout but the sun beds outside were right next to another set of sun beds for the suite below (not quite how it looked or was described in the pictures/floor plan).

The hotel has an excellent location in the centre of Fira, easy to access, close to main transport links and shops and restaurants. The terrace of our suite was large with amazing views of the caldera. There are sunbeds, an umbrella, table and chairs. It also had more privacy than other similar properties around. There is a bar higher up and the music can be heard in the evening (not in a very disturbing way) and a couple of tables have a direct view to the balcony. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. The manager was very nice, provided us with advice and information about the island and activities.

The location is right in the heart if Fira. The staff, especially Andreas and Renato are amazing and make your feel at home. The view is beautiful, the hot tub is great for relaxing after a long day, the morning breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed in the La Luna Suite and our experience was 5star! From the amazing view to the wonderful staff to the cleanliness of the hotel and the amazing location we couldn’t have been happier with our visit!! There were just a couple of small things that could be improved: the terrace chairs are considerably worn out, there were a few tiny tiles missing in the bathroom floor

Breakfast was delicious with good options to choose from, the hot tub was perfect and quite private in our apartment. Staff were really nice and friendly, location couldn't be better, all cosmetics were provided as well as the beach towels. Bear in mind that depending on your suite, there may be a lot of stairs to get to your room, so might be worth checking with the hotel before you book.

There is nothing we didn't like.

We had an amazing 5 night stay at Asteras Villas. Our Galatea suite provided incredible views of the caldera, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from our jacuzzi and balcony. (Make reservations at PK bar next door. Great drinks while sunset watching). Our stay exceeded expectations. The room was very quiet, fast wifi, room cleaned nicely each day, lovely breakfast each morning and of course the view - for that you won't find better! I have to mention Andreas and Renato. Both are lovely and could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. Always friendly and helpful. The staff assisted us with all needs; laundry, car rental etc. The location itself is great for walking about Fira and a good hub for getting around the island. Every time you go out you will see several people taking photos above the property, because the location is just that ideal. My husband and I recommend this stay to anyone hoping for an unforgettable stay in Santorini.

First of all we were glad to meet Andrias ( the manager), very generous guy , gentle , and a person who is easy to deal with.( also Rinato the guy who work there) The suits is located centrally in Fira, although it is in the center of the area where tourists prefer to take photos of the beautiful white houses , it has the privacy every couple need Our suite, The Galatia is the smallest between the 5 suits. But it has everything inside like the other, the only difference is the space inside the room. The view is breathtaking!!! One of the best spots in Santorini Every morning we got the breakfast the we ordered one day before ( to notify the it was so delicious) to the room at the time we asked. I recommend this hotel !! I will probably be back to it when i will visit santorini next time!
