Fabulous breakfast with Caldera view and friendly staff for helping us during the stay 🥰

This is Fira not Oia so we expected some noise. On Saturday morning we were woken up by early morning loud speaker announcements from a cruise ship for passengers to hurry up and enjoy the tranquility of Santorini! Followed by Saturday night noise from night clubs till mid morning then loud church bells commencing from 710am on Sunday! Kettle was plastic was dirty not useable. Breakfast basket for condiments had old papers from previously discarded sugar sachets. Water bottle was only supplied on the first day.

Great views of the surroundings, churches, islands, water and ships. Night view of the town of Fira (and Oia in the distance). Super convenient for restaurants, cafes on main walking strips and for day outings - eg Acrotili, tours starting from the old port and Oia. Near the public bus stop. Early check-in was much appreciated. Host was welcoming and helpful. Great place to stay in Fira in private spot with awesome views.

Hard to move big luggages down and up the stairs

Breakfast on the balcony with the amazing views. Very spacious cave home. Transfer to the suite was arranged for our evening arrival.

All was perfect!

Great cave hotel with all the amenities you need! There is quite a few stairs but well worth the climb. We had breakfast with our stay and it was delicious and served on the balcony with an amazing view and there was plenty of food! Costa, the hotel Manager was great! He helped us find great places to go to for meals and set us up with a wonderful Catamaran excursion. Anything we needed he was there for us!

The location is incredible. Only minutes away from the bus depot from which you can access anywhere on the island. It also has amazing views of the caldera. In late September/ October it also had a direct view of the sunset (better than in Oia). The room is very comfortable and very quiet. The staff, especially Costas, were incredibly professional and helpful.

The wifi didn't work in my room at all which was tough because I wanted to be able to work during midday, the hottest part of the day, and to watch the smart TV by my bed. I also would have loved to have been able to customize my breakfast a bit to help avoid any food waste and to be able to share dietary preferences (like no pork) .

My views and the hosts were amazing. I appreciated the kindness and professionalism. I would certainly stay here again!

Aroma Suites is a hidden gem in Fira. Kosta and his staff were truly amazing; very personable, extremely helpful when some travel plans changed on us, and the facility was very clean and comfortable! They easily arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport and/or port upon arrival and departure. The included breakfast was also delicious and healthy. I highly recommend Aroma Suites!!

The view from our balcony was the best ever in all Santorini and even the best i saw in my life. The staff is so friendly, so helpful and so kind. They even gave us a free wine bottle to enjoy with the sunset. The breakfast is served right to our balcony with a nice fresh variety.

The room is nice and clean. The location is amazing, stunning view from the balcony. But the most i like in this Hotel is the Manager. He is accomodating and friendly. Again, thank you so much Costas. 👍

The water pressure in the shower was weak but I can understand that with the plumbing and conservation of water. It wasn't a big deal.

Costas was there to meet us on arrival, grab a bag and lead us down to the hotel. Everything about the hotel and how it runs was explained in detail. We were shown to our room and the features were pointed out to us (room safe, fridge, etc). Having breakfast on the terrace every morning was a great way to watch the cruise ships anchoring and just enjoying the amazing views. Speaking of views, they are to die for and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. With shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, Aroma Suites is a great place to stay.

Clean and comfortable ! The breakfast was beautiful and delivered every morning on the balcony with a beautiful view! Very relaxing! Location is 10/10 - only a short walk from the main restaurants / shops. The property manager is very attentive and so helpful!

The place is absolutely perfect in every single way! It's in the heart of town, but not laud at all. The views are STUNNING. Beds so comfy. I wish we could have stayed longer!!!!
