the refrigerador would torn off when the lights were off. It needed some spetial touches of decore. The hotel did not look like a "small Luxury" . The location is amazing but the rooms could be more charming for the Price. Remember to ask for the room away from the construction.

Everything was perfect

Excellent service and lovely hotel with fantastic sunset views. Away from the hustle of Oia but still close enough to visit. Perfect for couples who want privacy and luxury.

The room we had was beginning to look tired which given the price was not ideal. Bathroom tiles had beginnings of mould furnishings not as refreshed as they could be. The photos of the balcony hot tub did not match those on the website so my expectation was higher and was slightly disappointed by the hot tub and balcony terrace we had which was a shame given the price and it wasn’t high season so they could have upgraded us if they chose to. Many pool rooms were free and we were only staying one night. We had a meal but we’re over charge for no tails at by 8 euros at the end- we didn’t bother raising it as it was our last day and didn’t want to cause a fuss and wanted to leave in a good note. It was a shame as it is a simple thing to create an accurate bill. Building work going on means there are sacks of cement and unfinished buildings which slightly ruined the ambience of the place.

Lovely property location with beautiful views. Staff were friendly and gave us welcome drinks . They let us use the pool on at a later visit after visiting another island for a few days. Food service was amazing.

The hot tub in the suite is cold.

The location was lovely, a little bit further out from the main area, which was nice. Fira is about a 20-minute walk.

We would have loved a small net for the pool to scoop out some small bugs that had fallen in. We had to enter the pool and waft the bugs towards the filter to clear them. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

The location was unbeatable - Imerovigli is quiet and romantic, especially compared to the busy and chaotic streets of Thira. The balcony had gorgeous views of the caldera and a sunset view, and was private so passers-by on the streets could not see in. Unfortunately the weather was not the best during our Early-May visit so we did not get the most use of our pool, but we greatly enjoyed it when it did get used. The breakfast was delicious, the superking bed was really comfy, and the room was large and airy. We had welcome drinks (champagne or lemonade, we chose the former) while checking in, which felt really luxurious and thoughtful. We were also offered wine in our room, which we enjoyed on the balcony, watching the sunset. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and made the experience very welcoming. The check-in and check-out were both very smooth, as was the booking of a transfer to the airport upon our departure. Many thanks to the Gold Suites for a fantastic stay.

Everything! The location is just great, Incredible view. Absolutely best in Santorini. We went to Oia too and Cavo Tagoo, but the BEST view was from our terrace. ADA is extraordinary! Always client oriented, very nice as a person too. On our first night we received a bottle of wine and a platter of fruit which we enjoyed during sunset. Honestly, couldn’t have made a better choice. The breakfast is great and plentyfull and the room very clean. Everybody was nice and prompt. The cleaning ladies, the boys with the breakfast, everybody.

It is an absolutely fabulous hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The view from both the room and the pool is stunning and you can have everything here that you can wish for. Rich breakfast was served in our room/balcony for our greatest comfort. We also enjoyed not having to take a step to see the amazing sunset each night but could admire it from our own terrace or jacuzzi for which we were also given a bottle of delicious wine as a gift at the time of our arrival! Moreover, we find Imerovigli not only the highest but the nicest place in the Caldera so Gold Suites will surely be the hotel we choose for our next stay in Santorini! Thank you so much Gold Suites staff for the memorable and wonderful few days we could spend in your fantastic surroundings! Your hotel is highly recommended for the BEST getaway in the island!

Was very expensive, but i think that's to be expected of Santorini. We are also told not to drink the tap water, while this isn't the hotel's fault its good travlers are aware of this before booking their trip.

Amazing location and view from our room. Private spa was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and had lots of suggestions on what activities we could do during our stay. The hotel was also within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants. Our room was also of a very good size, and it was great to have the staff bring us breakfast every morning.

One of the daytime front desk staff members was unsmiling and borderline rude at times. She seemed to regard guests as a annoyance to be put up with.

The view from the balcony is stunning... almost otherworldly beautiful. Ada, the evening concierge, was incredibly kind and helpful... she greets every guest with a smile, replies quickly to emails and provides excellent suggestions for activities and dinner. The varied breakfast dishes are delicious and varied. The pool and poolside bar are wonderful, with a great view and excellent food and drinks.

The location is probably the most beautiful in Imerovigli, the view is breathless, the sunsets unique and the Caldera view amazing! The staff is very friendly, accompaning you to enjoy fully the stay in Santorini. The breakfast was delicious and a good size portion too. The staffs were super lovely and polite. Despite informing them it’s my birthday few minutes before breakfast was served, they still manage to bring me a cake.

Privacy could be better (no separation between private terraces), although our room was ok. Seems to be a general feature of hotels in this area.

Amazing hotel with an incredible best sunset view. The room was spacious, with a private private jacuzzi, A very peaceful and romantic experience! Breakfast was served every morning, at our preferred time, on our terrace facing the caldera. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh fruit upon arrival and delicious cookies every day (maybe because it was our honeymoon?)

If I had to say something I didn't like. Our room was close to the kitchen so you could hear kitchen noises in the morning. Not a deal breaker as we were awake but something to note for someone who may want to sleep in longer.

The staff at Gold Suites was very helpful with anything we may have needed and some things we didn't know we needed. The location was great, the room and view was beautiful. Plenty of restaurants nearby. In the middle of Oia and Fira so you can go to either. Easy to rent a vehicle. Breakfast was provided and amazing, cooked to order and you select whatever you want. Everything was perfect!
