The water pressure for the shower was a little low, but not enough to be really problematic.

The room was nice and airy, AC quiet when needed, all facilities that we used lovely - the breakfast buffet, the bar, the spa and the pool. Everyone was very friendly.

Soundproofing could be better (bring earplugs). Do not use stairs even if you wait for an elevator long time (these are fire escape only and you may get stuck there).

Nice hotel close to the Estoril Conference Center, Casino Estoril, and the Tamariz Beach. Rooms are ok, the staff is nice and friendly, the hotel even offers a small gym, a hammam, and a whirpool. Outdoor pool is a very cool bonus if the weather is fine.

The pool is not easily accessible for guests with mobility issues. I would say this is not acceptable for the hotel in question and they should resolve the issue in the short term. Steep stairs and no elevator. Very dangerous

The staff is excellent. Always available and very kind. The location of this hotel is also excellent. It is close to the beach and easy access, and close to pharmacies, supermarkets, etc. Excellent breakfast.

The décor in the room was slightly outdated but it was so clean, comfortable and spacious so we were very happy. I also would like tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel were exceptional. The breakfast was very tasty with a good choice of items. The rooftop pool, view of the sea, and calmness of the hotel were very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples looking to relax.

Beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. You would think that a high end hotel would be willing to invest in quality mattresses for their guests.

We had requested a double bed but were given 2 singles pushed together, this wasn't optimal. But we didn't complain, perhaps they would have moved us.

Very friendly and kind front desk staff (esp Elsa). Room was nice, a little dated design-wise but not bad. It was nice to be able to open the windows and the AC also worked very well. The location is ideal, and the room was very quiet. Breakfast was good, with an omelet station and lots of nice things available. As we had to leave early and had breakfast included in our rate, they were kind enough to provide a breakfast box to take away. We also enjoyed a couple of quiet hours at the pool (no kids!)

The rooms are a little dated, there is no mirror in the room this would be a nice small improvement.

Staff were absolutely lovely, really helpful and nice. Breakfast was lovely and good options. Hotel was really clean and rooms were cleaned everyday. Close to beach and train station, nice quiet location

Only 1 mirror not good for 2 sisters sharing. No plug points near a mirror. Only 1 bottle of water given for 4 day stay. No tea or coffee facilities. Poor facilities for high rated hotel

Spa/sauna needs booking as space is tiny. I was told by reception reservation is good for an hour but after 40mins staying there, the lady looking after the spa came in abruptly and told me to leave as if how dare I over stayed type of tone. Rooms not sound proof, I can hear people slamming doors next door.

Good location as near the conference place. Room spacious and clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast reasonable. Walking distance to Cascais (good seafood restaurants). Nice beach view from my room. Can request kettle from reception.
