Lot of stairs need to be traversed to reach the location which is a bit difficult with a small kid. The prices are a bit steep is what I felt.

Too many flies and insects, we didn’t like the breakfast which is the same everyday. The communication with the manager was bad since they don’t have a reception it’s all mobile and she took forever to reply. If you need help with any activity booking I suggest you deal with it on your own!

Lovely location in Oia just overlooking the waters and caldera. Lights up beautifully at night and can watch the sunrise from the bedrooms. Sunset also has spectacular views. Hosts are great and are prompt in helping out.

Getting to the property is not the easiest . You need to come down and up stairs that are difficult to navigate , specially with luggage .

Just want to be clear this is a selection of villas. We initially booked windmill but when we arrived we realised the villa is far from the centre and also no privacy people walking past. The host is very help and we really grateful that she changed us to graceful. Graceful is in the heart of oia it has two levels can fit a whole family. The view and facilities are amazing.

The temperature of the jacuzzi was only like warm, and we were told it’s already set at the max which is way too low for a typical hot spa.

Very cozy, clean and comfortable room in Oia, a very quiet and private unit overseeing the caldera. Close to sunset viewing spot and other major major attractions in Santorini. Enjoyed our stay.

Located at the heart of Oia, the villa offered super clean and well equipped room. The Caldera view with an outdoor hot tub was a hit with my son, who thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything about our stay was fantastic and the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable. Ezeni, the manager, was extremely helpful and catered to all our requests. A special shout-out to her for making our trip truly awesome!

The apartment is located very close to the favourite sunset view in Santorini, this means that it's very busy around sunset and means you can't just chill out and wander about in the evening.

The view is exceptional and the staff are fantastic. The room is a good size, the beds are comfortable and the shower is great.

Wobbly parasol / Additional single beds not needed for a couple and a bit in the way in lounge and dressing room. Bench sofa in lounge looked good but a little uncomfortable.

Carrying part of our heavy luggage from parking bay to the villa room and back. Though there was partial support from the host, one had to walk long and climb steep stairs up the hill with the luggage.

TV didn’t work. Electricity was out during the night so unable to recharge phones. However, the staff was prompt to check it out and apologize and that prompt response outweighs what went wrong.

The room was much smaller than imagined. Everything was tight, the sofa where my daughter slept was very narrow it was difficult tu even turn without falling down. The ceiling, even though it’s charming, it’s too low and my husband couldn’t stand straight to enter the bathroom. The breakfast was served in the villa, but there are not comfortable chairs to sit and eat it. We enjoyed it though because the views are amazing!!! There was a broken fan(they removed it), also one dirty blanket (never cleaned it). Overall we had a good time in Santorini, but the first impression was the villa and that wasn’t very pleasant.

The location is perfect. The room was nice but a bit too small. Very well maintained walls recently painted, I think, because they looked like new. Good breakfast.

The only recommendation I might suggest is to clarify the fact that drivers taking you from the airport and viceversa have to be paid at the arrival- but be sure they do not think the money provided is your tip as this can create confusion :) which was immediately clarified by the manager of the villa!

The property is perfectly located in the centre of OIA, close to the vibs, shops and most of all to the most important part of the island to see the sunset. Very comfy it was perfect for a couple but could fit also a small group of friends. The staff was very friendly and helpful every time we asked for something or any clarification. If you love cats, SANTORINI is your island. We were visited by some cats who however never entered inside the house, VERY POLITE CATS!

Not having an overhead fixed shower head was a problem. Also, installing a shower glass door instead of shower curtain would probably minimise water from spilling out of the bath. There was no necessity to put a full size single bed in the living room that is already small to begin with.

Amazing view. Beautiful city. Responsiveness of the property manager (Ms Ezeni). Staff help with needs, luggage, transportation arrangements and any urgent needs. Clean facility. Delicious, daily breakfast variety. Heated hot tub. Quiet area.

Overall, it was good. The use of "Whats up" facilitated smooth communication. I appreciate the prompt response during irregular situations throughout the hotel stay. However, there are three drawbacks: 1. Despite reserving a taxi for pick-up, it didn't arrive after a 30-minute wait, so I used a different one (with an apology from the hotel). 2. Room cleaning was incomplete (insufficient slippers, previous water left in the coffee maker). 3. During the return taxi ride, the promised assistance for luggage storage wasn't conveyed to the driver, and considering the earlier issue, better follow-up on the return was expected. Given the high pre-stay ratings, the experience fell short. It's recommended to keep in mind that this is a villa, not a hotel, and online ratings might be inflated.

No shower curtain but that’s only small otherwise we loved it

Location: omg our villas was in an amazing location with unbelievable views. We loved it Food: breakfast was meh… no choice, one omelette between 2, not anything exciting but loved how it was delivered to the room. Wouldn’t be impressed if we had paid peek season price Staff: the man who carried our bags for us I think his name was Aaron ? Such a lovely man, so helpful telling us all about oia. Really really nice and thank you so much for carrying out heavy bag up all them stairs!!! Room: really nice but for some reason there was no shower curtain and the hose was really love on the wall so you had to hold it to wash your hair and water went flying all around the bathroom 😂 Really enjoyed our stay here and it was like a little cave we loved it
