We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property is in a fabulous location with amazing views and only a short walk from firastefani square which is great for sunsets and dining. Direct path to town also only 5 minutes walk. The place was immaculately clean and well presented. The host could not be more helpful, he was a wonderful help and gave us lots of tips for our stay, he was always there when we needed advice. The value was great and location was perfect, lots of places over charge for the views etc but in reality you want to be having dinner or a cocktail with the view so the room was just for sleeping. The balcony had a stunning view of the sunrise too.

New ZealandThe apartment was well laid out and was very comfortable with air conditioning and a compact kitchen with all you needed. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She organized transport to and from the airport and gave good tips about the sites to see. Location was good for accessing Fira by walking but far enough away to be more peaceful. The terrace was shaded in the afternoon making it very pleasant to sit on.

Lovely apartment, with modern beachy theme and had a cute balcony with sea views. The room was spacious, clean with a kitchenette (bonus….coffee machine!) The hosts were on site to meet us and were so welcoming, friendly and extra helpful. Great location, only a short stroll to views of the Caldera.

Eva is an exceptional host with an amazing personality. Extremely kind and helpful, welcomed us with a smile and a positive attitude we highly value when we travel. The room was perfect for our expectations. Parking nearby was handy, and it is only a short walk distance to the centre of Fira. Eva gave us great recommendations for food and arranged a transfer to the port when needed.

Firstly the hosts were very helpful and welcoming, providing tips about the island and answering any questions we had. The location was perfect. Only a 5 minute walk to fira shopping a path, and just far enough away to avoid crowds. The place was kept very clean, was a good size, and we enjoyed having a balcony to have our breakfast in each morning. I'd stay here again if I visited, highly recommend to anyone looking!

United KingdomAlonia Studios is a modern residence , which is very well set up. The hosts are very helpful. It faces over the eastern plateau of the island with long views to the sea. It is set outside the very busy town of Fila, but is within easy walking distance. It is a short walk to a panoramic view of the caldera and the amazing sunsets. I t was serviced every day.
