Everything was more than perfect. This place is a paradise to enjoy the views and this charm place. Oia was our favorite place of the island, and even better with this accommodation, amazing balcony with jacuzzi , amazing breakfast, and friendly staff :)

The room was brilliant, breakfast was great (there was a lot of food!) and the views/hot tub made this the most amazing place I have ever stayed. We couldn’t believe the value for money considering how great it was. The staff arranged everything for us: dinners, boat trips, transfers etc. and were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is so close to everything in Oia; we could walk everywhere!

Location and view from all angles is amazing, Eleni and Fay and everyone was so helpful and sweet. Delish breakfast. Our specific house was amazing and a huge with 4 separate outdoor areas. We moved to another 5 Star hotel the 2nd half of our Santorini stay which was also lovely but missed the charm and personable service of Aloia.

There wasn't a common bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms but each one is in separated bedrooms. So the ones who stay in the 3rd room have to share/wait to use one of them

It could have been cheaper lol!! Other than the price, everything was perfect.

Our stay here was beyond belief. The room was perfect. We the room with the private infinity pool and it was unbelievable. I didn't want to leave. Ever. I wanted to spend more time in our patio/pool than I did out exploring. Elani was so helpful and accommodating. She helped us organize transportation to and from the ferry, dinner resy's, and plans for our check out day, including holding our language. Every evening we sent her our breakfast order along with the time we wanted to eat and in the morning a beautiful breakfast was set out for us under the umbrella by our pool. I felt like royalty. They were able to accommodate my daughter's many food allergies as well. We also had a small kitchen in our villa which allowed us to cook meals which we enjoyed because we were able to spend more time enjoying our fabulous villa.

I think they might be some differences between rooms (1 BR) but the price is flat. For instant our balcony was super small with no sun-beds and others were hugeee.. it was a bit disappointing but still the view is unimaginable.

The location was amazing, not too down the hill so easy to get in and out… right in the center but you have your privacy. Room facilities are one of the best I’ve seen. stuff were amazing and really went Above and beyond. View is the best in Santorini.

Small map pre-arrival would be great, however not a major issue.

From the location, to the quality of the place, the amenities, the breakfast to the STAFF.. all was absolutely perfect. This is a real five star place. As hoteliers we appreciate when we see places with staff who sincerely care about their costumers. I would book once again for next year!

The photos are misleading, it’s one tiny little tub. The hot tub is freezing and unusable. Pool staff were outside our door shouting and laughing while we slept, waking us up early. Electric problem in toilet, unsafe causing a strobe light effect, told Eleni about it, never called an electrician. Told the checkout was 12:30 and new guests were arriving at 13:00 so they will also have an issue. I used the laundry service, they damaged our new clothes, told Eleni, she said wait till morning, once I asked she told me she’d provide me with a free €20 transfer to airport, I explained I have already paid for one, and my hoodie alone now covered in blue dye was £80, she ignored me, I messaged this morning asking for a response, she ignored me.

Location is excellent, great photo opportunity! Interior is quite nice too!

I was told property has one indoor n one outdoor hot tub but both of them were not even close to be warm temperature. water was cold. kiddos didn’t even get down in any tubs. which was one of the major reason we booked this villa. 2nd night in- whole villa lost the AC connection. None(3 units) were working. and it was hot. we couldn’t sleep all night. when I mentioned the issue - I got no response back or an apology. which is not desirable when someone pays $1700 for a night.

the bathroom had a window that looks directly into the shower so people would be able to see me shower. the couch in the living room was very hard. the hot tub was not hot, barely warm.

We (my partner and I) are always reluctant to leave negative reviews even when we get bad service, because we recognise that people who run businesses often depend on a good reputation, and we don’t want to make it more difficult for them to earn a living. In this case we will make an exception, however. We were extremely disappointed with our stay here. We decided to save up and use over a month’s salary between us to stay here for three nights because we assumed – given the high price – that it would be luxurious. The view of the villa is undeniably spectacular, and the villa itself was very nice. However, the service we got was terrible. At 6am on the second morning we were there, the air con system in the room broke and produced a loud alarm that woke us both up. We had no idea how to turn it off. After a while (maybe 30 minutes), we managed to stop the alarm. We messaged the number for the reception listed on their website (I was later given a private number to message instead) and sent messages through Booking.com – *where we had been previously communicating with the staff* – to tell them that there was an issue. No response. When we went to tell the person working at reception what had happened later in the morning, explaining that we had been woken up at 6am and that we had no air con, there was *NO* apology or even acknowledgement that this might be an issue. Nevertheless, she said that they would fix it. Then *the exact same thing* happened at 6am the next morning, waking us up again at an extremely early time and ruining our ability to relax. Once again, there was no acknowledgement that this might be an inconvenience, let alone an apology of any kind, let alone any kind of refund or anything. After thanking us for telling them that the problem persisted and clearly they hadn’t fixed the air con correctly, they then asked us to fork over an additional 40€ for the airport. Management clearly needs to become much better towards its customers

The amazing things about this place are the view we got from our terrace, the large and spacious room, and the heated pool outside. Breakfast was also really good and we could choose from a variety of meals. BUT - our stay was ruined by the service we got from reception.

Being waken up at 6am because the Villa is next to a popular photo spot. Rooms not cleaned on arrival and previous guests trash and dishes left behind. Biggest disappointment is all the jacuzzi tubs were very cold and more like swimming pool temp. Very very disappointing and will not return.

We ordered two bedroom apartment, while in pictures it looked much bigger and most important more private. What we found is that there are two two-bedroom apartments, one of them has more privacy, with the side pool, that is on pictures, second much less, so the overprice we paid didn't have any benefit. The place is in a heart of tourists attraction of photographers, so from 06:00 till night people are at photo sessions, little bit far, but you can see faces and they are above you all the time. The gate to our private pool area was almost always opened by staff, although I asked for privacy several times. To be fair, most hotels in Oia are built like this and balconies are opened with minimal privacy. So, if you do not need extra bedroom, don't pay extra, and connect the manager, her service is excellent, to know what kind of room are you gonna get.

Location is very good, in the heart of Oia. The apartment itself and facilities are at high level, very cozy and comfortable and clean. Stunning views. Breakfast one of the best ever, served on the balcony, what makes it exclusive. Comfortable bed, quiet at night.
