We couldn’t have made a better choice! From the first moment we stepped in, we were so impressed by the beauty of the location and the view! The staff (Marguerita and Giannis, the owners and Rena) are welcoming, loving, very friendly, super helpful and very local. We are here for our honeymoon, the location is exactly in the middle, 15 minute beautiful walk down to the city center of Thira and 15 minute walk up to Imerovigili. The hotel is very close to tens of amazing restaurants with beautiful views as well. The room itself and the balcony are beautiful too! Worth every penny.

Everything was perfect! Room was very clean with a comfortable bed, very nice bathroom (amazing shower), unbelievable view on the Caldera. Right out of the room door there was a jacuzzi with hot water to rest and a terrace where to enjoy breakfast and sunset.

Literally everything! My partner and I stayed here last night and I just had to write a review straight away to tell everyone just how perfect our stay was. Firstly, the host was just SO lovely and accommodating, she made us feel right at home. She organised transfers for us from the airport (€25) and was waiting for us outside on the road when we arrived ready to escort us to our room. She also kindly kept our suitcases safe in the villa after we’d checked out the next day as we had some time to kill and didn’t want to lug them around. Secondly, the breakfast was AMAZING. A perfect continental style with fresh fruit, pastries, bread, eggs, juices and beverages. In the morning, we simply just opened our apartment door and the breakfast was served to us on a tray on our balcony. Was wonderful. Thirdly, the place was just spotless and so beautifully decorated. The bed was firm and comfy, the shower was a dream and the balcony just had the most breathtaking views of the caldera. Watching the sunset from our room really was something special. Lastly, the location couldn’t of been any better. Only a short and stunning walk (15 mins) along the walled streets to Fira (capital), and a 20/25 min walk the other way up the hill to Imerovigli. It was also surrounded by lots of great restaurants. We highly recommend Volkan for great lunch and local beer. If we ever come back to beautiful Santorini we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Everything was perfect! The accomodation is hyper comfortable, extremely well located, offering a superb view. Breakfast was excellent. Hope to be back soon! Unfortunately due to weather conditions our boat connection was cancelled and we had to take a ferry arriving in the middle of the night. Thanks again to Fiona for arranging transfers and welcoming us at such a time of the day.

We loved our stay at Aerino Villa. The location in Firastefani was perfect. We were able to walk to anything we needed, including the bus station in Fira. The view from our room was wonderful, and the daily breakfast was nice. Giannis was a gracious host and had lots of advice to offer. The room was very clean and well kept as well.

Excellent central location in the middle of Firostefani. Fira is also in walking distance. Villa offers an amazing caldera view, you can see the sunset even from your room. Restaurants, shops, bars, free parking area are in close neighbourhood. Giannis is very helpful and a great host. Breakfast is rich and delicious. In the first morning we asked it to be served on the common terrace but later it was more comfortable to have it in our private balcony (more place, less wind). Giannis was kind enough to bring an extra espresso each morning (thanks!). We rented a small car for 4 days of the week, so we could discover the island and visit several beaches. We took a wonderful walk to Oia (it took us about 5-6 hours with the detour to Skaros rock, so even if you start early, you can't avoid the strongest sunshine hours). We returned by a local bus. We relaxed in the shared jacuzzi almost every evening after the busy days.

Jacuzzi could have more powerful jets, we could use it only once and for about 30 mins owing to another couple who decided to be in the shared area and use the jacuzzi almost ALL THE TIME. The bedsheet on 2nd day has small stains, I'm sure Giannis didn't know or he would have fixed it right away.

Giannis is an excellent host. Always there and ready to help. The location is excellent, very close to all the hot spots in Fira. In fact this is an incredible choice for the price. The shared facilities like outdoor seating and jacuzzi were good. There are total 3 rooms in the villa and we booked the one with balcony with gorgeous views of the caldera. Everything was perfect, from the room, to the staff and the breakfast. The property was so nice that you will have tourists come and click pictures of the view from outside the property gates. Giannis helped us book the cab to the port and was great overall. I can only recommend the property. Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am. You can ask the staff to serve it in the outdoor area and enjoy the view, or request it to be served in the room. Little things like when we said we liked the spanakopita in the first day, Giannis got us bigger spanakopitas the next day. Excellent host, helped us with luggage and walked with us to the car on both days we booked it through him. If we are back again, we would definitely like to stay at aerino villa again.

Aerino Villa offers a breathtaking view of the islands of Santorini's archipelago. It is ideally located about 10-15 walking distance from Thira and 15-20 walking minutes away from the central bus station in Thira with direct bus connections to Kamari, Perissa, Oia, and Akrotiri, to name a few. We enjoyed Aerino Villa's location in Firostefani, directly on the way between Thira and Oia. It was an excellent choice as starting point for sightseeing, walking around and hiking. The house was very well maintained and the room was nicely decorated and very clean. Giannis, Aerino Villa's owner, is the best host we have ever experienced. He was allways very friendly and helpful. Gianni's tips for sightseeing places and tours were very helpful. His recommendations for restaurants and tavernas outside Firostefani were simply perfect. The breakfast was very tasty, diverse and offered by far more than we could eat.

Couldn’t find anything.

First of all Giannis, the owner, is extremely hospitable, helpful with everything and amazing overall. We got an early check in and an explanation about everything there is to know about Santorini. He even gave us his phone number in case we needed anything. Giannis also helped us rent a scooter, book a cab from the airport and to the port at reasonable prices. The room was beautiful, spacious and superbly clean. The housekeeping is truly exceptional. The view from the rooms and balcony were the best I had experienced on the island, excellent for a beautiful sunset. The location is one of the best. In the middle of the island, close to Thera where there is a vibrant nightlife, short drive to Oia and also to Santo Wines. Overall the experience was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone going to Santorini.

Oh my, how beautiful is the view from the property. And they have just 3 rooms, so it feels very private. It has a jacuzzi with a partial view of caldera. I used to enjoy breakfast everyday with that view. Giannis used to arrange a different breakfast everyday and customize it as per my preference. Giannis friendly vibe is very welcoming!

The beds could use more pillows as it was uncomfortable to sit up on the bed without hurting your back. Also the bed was a little stiff but other than that the location, the host & the cleanliness was fantastic. Nothing to complain about!

Yannis went above and beyond for my sister & I and made the villa feel like it was our home for 5 days. He is the most kind, generous & attentive host I have ever met & he provided everything we needed. He was very thoughtful & bought us breakfast to go for our early flight out. Everything was flawless & the view was insane. Nothing I’ve ever seen before & I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. Everything was perfect. If there is anywhere you should stay, it’s definitely here! Also, the breakfast every morning was amazing and was more than enough. Thank you again Yannis.

We could not have asked for a better host, location, or hospitality during our trip to Santorini! Giannis was incredibly welcoming and accommodating (even when our flight was delayed and we arrived at 2 AM), he happily shared tips for good restaurants and the history of Santorini. The breakfast included in the stay was phenomenal and service of rooms was great. Rooms and property were very clean and modern. We especially enjoyed viewing the famous Santorini sunsets from our balcony. The location was perfect - quiet but very close to town for walking, right next to restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend Giannis’s accommodations and would love to stay again!

Perfect in every way. You have a lot of choices in Santorini. Trust me..stay here. Excellent location in Firostefani-close to restaurants and shopping, but just far enough away from the big crowds in Fira. This villa is ideally located without having to go up or down many stairs. There are 3 villas in all. On the top floor, unit 1 has a window with view, while unit 2 has an amazing balcony with caldera view. Unit 3 is downstairs and has no balcony, but it’s a little bit bigger than unit 1. You can’t go wrong with any of them. Everything is spotless and modern. There is a small pool/jacuzzi and common balcony with an amazing caldera view, with tables and chairs; perfect for watching the sunset! The service is personal and impeccable. The owner, Giannis, is very kind and helpful. He will help in any way possible to ensure you feel comfortable. He even let us check out a few hours late because he didn’t have anyone checking into our room that day. Plus, you will get a fantastic breakfast brought to your room or balcony each morning whenever you’re ready for it. Helpful hint- grab a gyro from the spot right across the way and watch the sunset from the balcony. No crowds and perfect view. You won’t be disappointed.
