Everything is ok expect the stair. Our room was in second floor and stair is old style which is struggling to go up. Hotel are managing by Family but they are really good.

It’s clean and staff they are good , breakfast is delicious . Hotel location is very near in metro station and there is carrefour nearby as well also there is a lot of supermarket and restaurant . If you are looking for budget friendly i can recommend this hotel its worth it staying in Georgia . Also walking distance to Trinity church.

The beds were uncomfortable and a little bit old. The ladders to the top floor were narrow. There weren't any racks on the wall so we couldn't hang our towels or bags.

First of all, I really like the staff; the women in the kitchen part were so kind and helpful. We also like the family who run the hotel, they were cheerful and helpful. The hotel location is so close to historical attractions. We could walk to all destinations from the hotel. Also, the breakfast was delicious. We ate fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, pastries at breakfast. They served home-made wine and it was also very good

This is a family run hotel. Hosts are very helpful and nice people. They are ready to help, they would offer the best room if it is available. Breakfast is fine, Wifi is strong and internet is excellent. The property is close to Avlabari Metro and to the old town, This is excellent cosy effective accommodation for a couple of days.

There was only one thing that was difficult for us, after shower there was wet floor in the bathroom but we handled with it.

I recommend this hotel, there is everything that you need for staying in Tiblisi. The host was very kind and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. The location is very good. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and near the hotel is metro stacion. It is also on walking distance to main atractions of Tiblisi. We orderd a transfer to airport, the driver was very nice. One way the transfer was free for us, we were very glad of it becouse our plane was late and we arrived very early in the morning.

The property was in a great central location, a few mins walk from major landmarks such as the Narikala Fortress and also a populated metro station, and yet, it was a calm and quiet area. Our room was the perfect size for us (husband, wife and child), spotless, and a lovely, cozy style with panoramic views of the city. The staff were patient, friendly, generous, helpful and even familial with us, in engaging with my young son with some games and tasks and accommodating us as much as needed; helping with certain requests and even gifting us homemade wine upon arrival 😍🙏

The hotel is conveniently situated just 5 minutes from the metro station and is close to the city center. The staff, including the host, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room upon arrival, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was both clean and cozy, providing a delightful experience.

It's a very nice hotel in the centre of the Old Tbilisi not far from the metro station "Avlabari". The area is very quiet, the personnel is great and in the morning you'll enjoy home breakfast.

We stayed overnight as we were arriving from Armenia travelling in the early morning. The owners were very nice, the hotel is comfortable and close to one of the main station, so it was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed it.

There was nothing I did not like about Bonus Hotel. Bonus Hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. There was nothing about my stay that I did not like.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. In the midst of a heatwave the in room A/C was more than adequate to cool the room. The bathroom was super clean with great water pressure and unlimited hot water.
