I would have liked a pool facing apartment, but not having one didn't spoil my enjoyment of the holiday

In booking a short notice holiday I was looking for a relaxing location but within walking distance of the local attractions This family run hotel presents a warm and inviting atmosphere and Kyriacos and Maria, the owners and their staff are friendly and attentive. The apartments are spacious, clean and we'll appointed and the communal pool area is quiet and relaxed Ideally situated in a quiet location, it is within 250m of a supermarket and local restaurants. The seafront promenade with a wide variety of other shops and restaurants is within 600m of the hotel

Nothing to not like, it is like visiting a friend’s place, cleaning staff were so kind and such lovely Cypriot women. I was making a take away lunch one day and didn’t have lunch containers,she rang her daughter who arrived within minutes with 3 plastic containers, such a pleasure to meet them. We will be back!!!

A bit out of the way, fine if you can walk but too far for me with my arthritis. Nearest bar & restaurant 10/15min walk away

Old fashioned but well maintained. Regular cleaning, nice pool area, owners friendly and helpful. Supplies of milk, biscuits, sml bottle wine,orange juice and tea/coffee supplied. It was the little things like kitchen roll, washing up liquid, decent toilet roll and shampoo, shower gel, soap etc supplied

It was amazing. Lovely family run hotel. The hospitality was wonderful. Apartments lovely and clean . Lovely welcome pack including juice biscuits crackers butter jam and bottle of wine and water. It was self catering but there was free water tea and coffee by the pool all day. Pool Lovely not too deep. Deepest was about 5 feet. Air con great and included, also a big wall fan in the bedroom. Location great 10 mins walk to Harbour. Will definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best places I have stayed in. The apartment is larger than I expected, definitely for me who was travelling alone and the kitchen area had everything you could need. There's a balcony, AC and TV in the living area. Good sized bathroom too. The place inside and out was extremely clean. The owners/staff are very nice and helpful in every way. A great outside pool area too. The seafront is close by, just a 10-15 minute walk. This is a place I would come back to over and over again. I couldn't see or feel any negatives about this place.

Our apartment was facing a busy road and thus noisy. But there were earplugs left and available to use.

Owners Maria and Kiriyakos are one of the nicest hosts I have ever had. They have made themselves always available in case of any need. We had a very early flight and they accommodated us as soon as we arrived. A lot of welcome drinks and snacks. Nice swimming pool with self service and honesty bar. The apartment was spacy and very clean. Overall we had the feeling that we are at home. Conveniently located near to the harbour area. Supermarket nearby. Will definitely would like to stay again if we come again to Paphos.

A bigger bed (according to the owner they are replacing soon, he mentioned this when we checked out). Some modern furnishings and fixture would be good, and a more powerful shower. Oh and the wife would like some more modern (plain)sheets and pillow cases...

Ummm this is a difficult place to review. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Nice pool and courtyard, great to have drinks and snacks at the poolside bar with an honesty system’. Just tell them at reception what you’ve had. Complimentary tea and coffee is fab too. However… the apartment itself is a little tired and dated. Very noisy fridge that made a dreadful gurgling racket 30 seconds after the door was closed?? A hairdryer that sparked and glowed red, and then died completely. Also, a pretty small bed, for a couple, I’m 6’1’’ and although my wife is ‘petite’ / she slept in the small single bed in the bedroom, so we could both get a decent nights sleep. When we arrived we went for a stroll to the supermarket, (which was fine) and stumbled in the nightclub/bars and discos area…. Fortunately it’s just far enough away not to be an issue. We’ve got a room overlooking the (fairly) busy main road, but with good glazing on the patio doors, it’s actually ok. Ps - the hairdryer was replaced no problem..

A very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a holiday. It was cleaned every day and the staff were wonderful. The pool area was beautiful with an honesty bar and free tea and coffee. Location was perfect, an easy walk to bars, restaurants etc yet far enough away not to be troubled by noise.

Pool was just right, stayed cold-ish, other pools I visited were like warm baths. Staff were spot on, polite and very helpful. Apartment cleaned every day and beds made! Location was perfect. The little shop type thing pool side is a nice little touch!

I liked the location of the hotel, the friendliness and hospitality of the owners, we were allowed a free late check-out from the hotel, there were many things waiting for us in the room to welcome us, food, tea and coffee, as well as coffee and tea stops by the pool all day, on you can always find a free deckchair and umbrella by the pool

Rooms are quite dated and would benefit from a bit of modernisation/decorating but this did not take away from our stay at all!

Staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating they were so lovely! The open bar was a nice feature and the pool area was quiet and relaxing, we often had the area to ourselves in mid July!

We really enjoyed our vacation at the hotel. The apartment was big, we didn't miss anything and it was cleaned every day. Air conditioning was in every room. As a welcome we received wine, water, biscuits and chips. The pool was large, clean and with warm water. We had inflatables and toys there. Sunbeds and umbrellas were always available. The location is excellent, a short distance from the beach, restaurants are all around. I have to praise the staff, always smiling and friendly, they also helped us a lot in renting a car.

The place was very non pretentious, clean, and well equipped. The kitchen was actually properly stocked, all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was a little library, endless supply of snacks and drinks and the location is close to everything.
