Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomIt's always peculiar to have rooms without windows. These ones felt especially like a black mirror cell. But this is clearly stated in the description so it was not a surprise. I would say after my 3rd night here I started feeling a bit depressed though. It would have been good to have some basic facilities like a mini fridge, TV or radio etc but I do believe they are making improvements constantly. I think the luggage storage fee is unnecessary for paying guests and they should consider getting rid of this. I also disliked that the cleaners kept taking things out of the bin and leaving them on the side.
Incredible location that was surprisingly quiet considering the surrounding attractions. I can see from reading previous reviews that many improvements have been implemented recently such as having a place to put your luggage in the room (instead of on the floor) and having security on the outside doors at night to stop people coming in. They've also added a lip to the shower cubicles to stop flooding. I found the staff and security folks to be very welcoming at all hours of the day.

United StatesThe cocoon concept is not my taste. No windows on any floor , hallways or rooms triggered my claustrophobia badly. They don’t give you any toiletries and the drain in my basin was blocked.
Location excellent as tube from Heathrow brings us directly to the right station for the hotel. Price is good.

GermanyI know the cocoons are designed to be relaxing and just for sleeping but it would be cool to have a tv in the room for sleepless evenings to wind down.
The Zedwell is super relaxing, great sleep on comfortable beds with no lights that would disturb you. Very clean, modern and Zen. AC was easy to use and the shower amazing after a day of walking around London. The location is a 10/10 for me.

SwitzerlandBath facilities were almost finished. Faucet was bit broken, shower not hot enough and can’t regulate the temperature ( cold as for me) and not very good pressure. Smell of cheap Cleaning products . ( when you don’t have windows Better to use no smell cleaning facilities imho).
Close location to theatre, it was the cheapest rate offered for our weekend in the area . Perfect for one night only (as budget easy option). Not more.
