First time staying at this hostel and it had a good vibe. Not as cheap as other hostels in the area but still a good price and close to the station. Staff were friendly, the room had lockers to store your stuff and I liked that the beds were made up already

It's not the accommodation's fault, but I didn't have the best nights' sleep due to it being a shared room with people arriving late (between 11:30 and 1am), but that's the hostel experience! It's not a cheap night's stay for a hostel, but I get that it is central London.

Great location for coming to London via Eurostar. Staff were kind and helpful, especially since I needed to make special arrangements to check out early and leave my bags there and use the bathroom to change later that morning.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but I do have a suggestion!! Perhaps having a fridge for guests to use, especially if you have some backpackers coming through could be helpful.

It’s in the best location!! Kings cross area is great, filled many shops and transportation options. The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable! The staff was so kind and helpful my entire stay 🤗

Beds had no privacy. I know it's a shared room, but still many places have curtains or something similar to give you some kind of privacy in the bed, or at least isolate from light.

No safe luggage storage in the dorms, but manageable. Ventilation in the rooms is non-existent. Yes, you can open a window, but the street noise is unbearable. Also, curtains on the bunk beds could make sense? Especially in a mixed dorm ?

Not the fault of the hostel but the behavior of other guests is out of their control. A Korean girl spread all of her stuffs on the floor and made no space for me to sit; she made the shower room's floor so wet that I was not comfortable walking on. A middle-aged lady constantly sighs deeply on her bed and snoring at night, making me not quite able to sleep well. The noise of buses on the main road could be annoying until 1am.

Super convenient location, King's cross station is just across the road. Staff are very friendly and always make sure you get enough help from them. Nice common area to stay around near the reception area. It was extremely helpful that I could keep my luggage for long hours before catching a night train.

Night reception was very slow. I did get there very late and was tired and the beds seemed basic but Ii slept well and the reception seemed fine in the morning. Not a great first impression after a 6 hour train journey but hostel seemed better after a good sleep. Would use again.

I didn't take the breakfast but it looked good when I came down in the morning. Quiet for location, rooms weren't stuffy. Good lockers, great bathroom and showers near the rooms

That you have to pay if you want to leave your stuff for the day.

I've been to different hostels in London, and this one was one of the best so far. Maybe because I was expecting less, when I was booking. But I found it was clean, calm and You have all you need, in my room there was a shower, and one not to far on the floor: always (!!) clean. The beds are fine, you don't have curtains, but that is visible on pictures.

It was bad that they charge you if you want to leave your luggage before or after check in. The charge depends on the number of luhgagaes. Starting with 3 pounds for the hand luggage. Be cautious: Being your multiple adaptor since it costs 4 Pounds if u don't have yours. You have to pay for the towels so bring yours.

The hotel is at a walking distance from St pancras station King's Cross St Pancras. Almost 25 minutes with public transportation to main tourist attractions or 50 minutes walk. Clean and comfy. The lobby is also good.

Guests!!, had one thought it was perfectly ok to use their phone at 3:30am the first morning and 4:00am the next (Even though reception had had a word with them). Who comes out of the shower and leaves it running?, had someone in the room do it🙄.

Friendly helpful staff and good location convenient for transport links and food outlets. Ample under bed storage space in the room (Although having just four coat hooks in a six bed room doesn't really work, lol) The fact that they were so efficient in keeping the rooms clean and tidy. The fact that they now have a microwave that you can use (Just need people to clean it after they've used it)

My bunk bed was not really comfortable. It was old or broken, needed a change.

Location was perfect, very close to subway but you could also walk to some of touristic attractions,which was an advantage. Staff was very friendly. Room was good but I would prefer to have curtains with my bunk bed.

Just a couple of suggestions: Lockers that can fit a backpack and that don't require an own lock would be helpful. Curtains on the beds would be great for privacy. Bathroom doors were very loud to open and close.

Wonderful staff. I loved the cafe and the 24 hour reception and all round service. Bed was comfortable. I was in the all female dorm and the atmosphere was very relaxed, respectful and comfortable. Location is fantastic for an early Eurostar. It was great, that there was hand soap in the bathrooms.
