Lack of clarity in the provided info. There is no lift available to go upstairs (3 levels) and even though it is not a problem for me, it is a bit annoying when you arrive late in the evening

Bed and bathroom is according to the price. Fair, comfortable to sleep alone and useful bathroom, as shower did not work but I manage it. Own towel advisable.

Paid more to get a better room with a sea view but was given a small room which was dark and dingy and faced the road! I went back to the reception, showed the guy my booking , he said they didn’t do rooms with garden views but had one on top floor where you could just about see the sea! Let us swap rooms! Pictures of rooms on booking dot com were far from accurate!!

During my stay i must say that the staff were not rude nor were they polite, they just seemed to exist in their own world, I really believe they all need customer service training to improve peoples stay. My door to my room wouldn't lock properly and found that it would be unlocked if the cleaning staff had been working so anyone could have taking my belongings, I did speak to staff but I would have got more of a response from a brick wall. The bathroom we had been given did not have a real door so there wasn't much privacy, it also had wallpaper coming away from the walls and was extremely tight. The room was also very hot and we was not given a fan. The carpet had also given my son a rash a few times and that become a concern also.

The really enjoyed the pool area. I have to be honest and say that is the only feature that id say is great apart from the price of the hotel.

I can't really complain, pictures matched our expectation. The only thing I would say is the WiFi wasn't strong enough in our rooms.

Room was big enough for our short stay. Beds where comfy, room was very basic but ok. Clean and had a private bathroom. Loved that it had a pool. The staff where friendly. Also was a bonus it had parking.

TV was not working properly, and there was no spoon for steering coffee. It was a very old-fashioned hotel. The walls of rooms are very thin. I could hear people talking and laughing next door.

I only liked there the garden of the hotel. Nice outside swimming pool there .

Toilets were flooded downstairs. Carpet soggy with water from a dripping waste pipe from the sink. Key didn’t work in my door so had to wait over an hour in the night for assistance to get in my room. View from room was also awful.

The hotel seems a bit sad. Apparently it has not really recovered from Covid. The room we were given was up several steps and through several doors, it was then fine and quiet. But there is no Breakfast and the Bar is only available when one asks and then has a very limited range of bottled drinks. The staff looked tired and melancholic but were helpful when we asked for things. It could be really wonderful but needs some dynamism.

There was nothing that i didnt like

We had a twin room. The beds and matresses are very comfortable, the bedding is very clean and comfortable, it appears to be very new. The curtains blocked out the light. We had an en-suite bathroom with a shower which we used. There was a kettle with mugs, cups and sachets which we personally didn't need to use. There was a tv on the wall. It was simple and basic, just what we needed for a one night sleep. There was a clean towel with a bar of soap and a bottle of shower gel on each bed. A shower mat was in the bathroom. We were given a wifi code and a door code. The man on reception in the afternoon was very helpful.

Very good value for only £37:00 per night. Easy to Finn. Excellent location with parking. Tea and Coffee making facilities, towels, soap ad shower gel provided. Basic room but adequate.

The rooms. Single and twin rooms in need of some serious attention. Hotel windows very dirty. Very tired looking inside and out. Beds uncomfortable and very squeaky! No facilities for food or drinks!

Room hadn’t been cleaned or bedding changed, but sorted out. Light in shower room not working ( I only stayed one night so just left door open) I had to move the bed to reach the power points so I could charge my phone.

It’s fine for the price. Single rooms were very compact but perfectly adequate. Shower cubicle was a great size and really good water pressure which remained consistently hot. Swimming pool was a good size and clean. Shared areas were clean and mostly good condition. Free parking is a bonus.
