Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomIt was a bit noisy during the night,an almost continual tapping noise during the night which I couldn't ignore,I didn't sleep very well at all due to this and a bit noisy near the road,at the front of the hotel. I didn't sleep well at all but that is my experience and someone else could be fine of course.Also,£10 to park,I don't agree with this at all,I've booked a room at a place that has a car park.

United KingdomThe hot breakfast was not hot enough. The croissants were under cooked. Had to ask for extra towels even though we were a couple there was only one towel. Smokers used the entrance steps as a smoking area, would be better to have a smoking area so people don't have to walk through the smoke.
Good friendly service, reasonable sized room, good location as only 5 minutes walk to beach.

Hotel and room was excellent, the only thing letting it down was the breakfast. There were only 4 hot item's to choose from, bacon ok, sausage poor quality, bean's and scrambled eggs had all dried up where they had been left out to long and not edible. Did ask for some fresh eggs this tested like the cheap liquid stuff. Not very nice. Would stay here again but only on room only rate

United KingdomThe minimalist aspect of our room meant there wasn't a single hook anywhere - nowhere to hang our coats. The one chair was a stool and we used that to put extra clothes on. The breakfasts could have included more items. I am dairy intolerant. Ibis had soya and oat milk but only butter. Fortunately the young man in charge of the dining room found me some dairy-free margarine and remembered me throughout our stay. The only eggs were scrambled, so I assume they were made with milk. Could have done with a fried egg. Also no mushrooms. These are only minor niggles and overall the pluses exceeded the minuses.
Our room was clean, modern and in a quiet location. Wifi was good. Real hangers. Curtains did their job. Glad of the windowsill for storing things.
