There is nothing not to like.

Was met by the friendly host, Ian. The property was spotless and cosy. It was great to wake to the sight of the horses outside.

    " Neewt wrang"

Very clean & comfortable accommodation . Luxury towels & bathrobe. Good cooking facilities ( 2 hob rings & microwave). Although we ate out all week. Huge bed with extra quilts if needed. Even though it's a working livery , we heard very little noise. Owners were helpful & pleasant. The wife and I visited lots of beaches, Bamburgh beach is far the best and Seahouses is very good for eating out and for a pint or two ( 5 minute walk to town).Highly recommend the whole holiday experience.

Nothing we didnt like. If you want complete privacy then you should bear in mind the activity around you, however, nobody invades your space but it is something to think about. This was not an issue for us. We had a great stay.

There us something special about waking with a working farm watching the sun rise over the sea. I think the room is sound proofed as any sounds were muffled and back ground to say the farm is buzzing around you. The sound of the animals and visits from the farm dogs, Betsie & Sherlock was luvly. Everyone we spoke to was really friendly. 10 minute stroll into Seahouses so the location is great.

The smell was sometimes a bit unbearable, maybe a plug in or diffuser would be good

Place was exactly as described, the TV had netflix and prime, very clean and the bed was really comfortable.

I cannot think of anything that hasn't already been thought of; every effort had been made to provide everything needed.

A very well appointed room with an excellent bathroom (note to take your own toiletries for the shower!) on a working farm. Everyone was very friendly and would take the time to chat - we went for a relaxing break and had just that.

It is a small contained room which may not suit everyone but had all that we needed for our short break

Although we were aware from pictures that the shower room didn’t have grab rails and shower seat, as my husband has mobility issues, it would have been perfect for him if these were in place to make his stay safer and more comfortable.

Superb location. Lovely countryside views with sea view in the distance. Loved being around the animals. Very peaceful and restful place

It is a self catering property in a real stable. In the neighbouring stables it was lovely to see horses. Comfortable accommodation, the owners had supplied everything you could think of microwave, ironing board etc.

    Nothing.

We loved staying in the stables. It was clean and plenty of room for a 2 night stay. Something a little different as it was the only stable accommodation next to the horse stables. We loved the location- just a short walk into the town and set away from the hustle a bustle. We even stayed in and cooked a meal one evening with no problems at all. There is no dining table but that wasnt a problem for us, it just added to the fun! Loved waking up being near all the animals- horses, dogs and cats. We enjoyed a morning brew outside and the owners were friendly. Overall a lovely few nights, we will definitely return.

We liked the idea of living in a stable and in fact the accommodation exceeded expectations as so much thought had gone into making use of the space. Who knew the bed would be queensize for example? Our hosts were on hand too and made sure all was well. It is a great base for exploring local places of interest & having horses around was an added bonus.
