The shower had very little pressure. The wifi was intermittent. There was no toilet paper in my room (but existed in the other 2 rooms I booked for my colleagues.

We had 2 rooms. In one the Wi-Fi was fine but in my own room, room 6, it was almost non-existent. The mattress wasn’t really comfortable but I’ve had worse.

The food was excellent at both dinner and breakfast. The kitchen is very well organised with no long waiting times. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious.

Price of breakfast. Guest only allowed to book the most expensive option. So, I found breakfast elsewhere. The bathroom needs maitance, all taps loose.

The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows flat. The room seems a bit tired and the bathroom was worn and dated. The toilet didn’t want to flush properly.

The bathroom where I stayed was a bit of a joke! The shower fittings were falling of the wall, shower cubicle was no bigger than a shoe box. The bathroom sink could have come straight out of a cartoon. Fire doors wedged open.

Easy to find. Ample parking. Free wifi. A warm welcome at check in. Room was a good size but very hot and stuffy being on the top floor. Had an evening meal at the Wild Boar restaurant which served a wide variety of dishes. Although very busy, the staff were attentive and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. As I had to leave early next morning, they even opened the kitchen earlier than usual to accommodate my requests.

Window didn't open, and only a small fan in a large room which made it very hot during a very hot spell anyway. Weirdly the plug sockets were only on one wall which was a bit inconvenient, and there was no plug in the sink and very low water pressure in the shower

Room looked very impressive, large and clean and very nicely decorated like a wedding suite or something. Bed very comfortable. Grounds looked lovely and parking was easy

towel rail extremely hot, nearly scalded me when got a towel from it on several occasions. No instructions for lighting - realised it in the morning but had to take out room card off power to turn off wall lights before sleeping.

Bedroom was very tired and dated. Carpet and furniture could do with being updated and the curtains need to be heavy or thicker as room was very light by 5.30am. Dinner was lovely quality food although service was very slow.

Smell of smoke in 2 out of the 3 rooms. Breakfast buffet juice, pastries and milk ran out before 9am. We had to ask and wait for pastries. Would be good for all the guests not to have to ask or wait for the buffet table to be replenished and for everything to be available until 9:30am,the end of breakfast time. Thank you
